For the past month or so we ve had a few inter-connected issues that have been somewhat frustrating however on the positive they were dealt with expertly by Farman Once he got involved and took control of our situation we knew we were in very capable hands Farman understood our needs quickly and led with an unerring sense of calm His persistence to resolve the problem was relentless and we re back receiving the excellent service we have become accustomed to Thanks Farman

Question Answered

This time I had a direct answer to my very simple question I was trying to find out when the M247 router wold be switched off as I have to change to another provider about 27th March 2023 The kind and helpful person Luc who was answering me gave me 31st March It was such a relief - instead of closing my case and opening a new one which had happened before

Curtis the network engineer from M247 came to replace the old Metronet router at our SCC data centre He demonstrated expertise of physical replacement and completed the job efficiently making the entire process quick and smooth without any service interruptions

I needed a complicated VPN setup for a third party and it was created extremely quickly by Brodie - not only was it quick he also had to unpick mistakes that had been made on the form by our third party and basically re-do the work which was frustrating for me but no problem for him and it worked straight away A pleasure to deal with
