My sales Rep never resolved several issues that I followed up on several times My most recent IT issue was resolved yet I vocalized again that I was going on 6 months with no resolution to my original issue I was told my sales rep would call me Of course he didn t I was then informed Megapath was purchased by another company I called them to try and cancel and sat on hold for 25 minutes- never speaking to a real person Unfortunately they have me in a 3 year contract that is 100 my fault that I didn t read the fine print on or I would have cancelled within the first 3 months
