Been With Mamedica for 1Year now

Been With Mamedica for 1Year now can t fault them at all But decided to write this review as today as I ran outta my oil desperately need it by the next day this was sorted within the hour with a email saying my medication would be delivered by 1pm the next day You don t get better than that Thanks Dave Barlow hope this reaches you and you get a bonus lol

Excellent Service Improved Efficiency

Excellent Service Improved EfficiencyI ve noticed a significant improvement in Mamedica s efficiency when it comes to ordering and receiving prescriptions recently The process has become much smoother and today I had an especially positive experience A huge thank you to Thanuja Singh who went above and beyond to ensure my medication reached me as soon as possible Her professionalism and dedication really stood out making what could have been a stressful situation much easier It s great to see Mamedica continually improving their service

Booking consultantation

So far I ve only got as far as the first consultation but Maia has been very helpful in explaining what will happen next she has phoned me every time she has promised and has made the experience very easy so far

I ve been with Mamedica for 9 months

I ve been with Mamedica for 9 months now and up until recently had never had an issue Everyone I ve ever spoken too at the clinic has been helpful and informative and kept me informed every step of the way Recently I had an issue with an order which resulted in me raising a complaint The lady who dealt with my situation Gail went out of her way to listen to me and understand the issue I was having and resolved it within a few phonecalls This customer service is exactly why I m happy to recommend Mamedica to anyone looking for a clinic 10 10 and a massive thanks to Gail

The experience I ve had with Mamedica

The experience I ve had with Mamedica so far has been extremely pleasant Once my GP released my medical records I had my first medication at my door within 5 days Everyone I have spoken to has been extremely helpful As a patient that medicates for anxiety I was very nervous about the consultations but I needn t have been My initial appointment and subsequent follow ups have been fantastic I can t thank Dr David G and Shailee P enough Being with Mamedica has made a substantial and positive impact to my every day life I m so glad I found them
