Horrendous customer service on hold on

Horrendous customer service on hold on phone on multiple occasions over an hour extremely unclear phone lines when manage to talk think very carefully before starting with this company was on hold this morning at 9amWas told 3rd in queue waiting time 11pm and ended up almost 30min extremely disappointed

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs nothing more than cruel glorified criminals Tried to move from another clinic they took my 200 and left me in 10 10 pain with 0 medication they are very cruel and do not care at all about patients

Terrible clinic

Terrible clinic asked me to join them from another clinic Charged me 150 for a first consultation which I could not get into Would not let me connect Told them this and they said it was fine they ll book me another consultation Then called to say I will have to pay again even though it wasn t my fault it was missed Please read all the negative reviews about this clinic and be very wary about using them Definitely the worst clinic out there at the moment

Been ignored since September

I initially started the sign up process beginning of September I was told to pay for my medical records to be released which cost me 50 I have emailed 4 times since September and have been ignored forcing me back onto the black market Absolutely would avoid unless you re looking for more stress in your life

after being with mamedica a couplevof years I can say they re a disgrace to the uk cannabis racket Doctors missing zoom meetings contaminated products not fit for human consumption deliveries not coming when told so you lose days of work and pay for stuff not arrivingand to top it off they send empty boxes and refuse to send your product youve paid for and blame royal mail Scum scamming disgrace

Haven t received medication in time

Haven t received medication in time been left 3days without but told that it was Royal Mail fault because they wouldn t take it false Then that they dispatch on Saturdays false You put a complaint in nothing happens except you get treated worse There is far too much human error nothing getting done to change it DO NOT USE They treat you like cash cows not as patients They expect you to be fully in-control of your problem if you don t have medication because of errors this company has done Absolutely pathetic service do not use

Terrible bud horrible service

Worst products for extremely expensive prices No quality control no reasonable time frames and constantly been send product that is unusable and unrefunbable Drug deals offer better service prices and quality Will be reporting to the CQC I suggest everyone with issues does the same

Twice the pharmacy sent out of date meds

Twice in a row the MaMedica pharmacy has sent me capsules that run out of date before my month s course runs out They make you return the capsules before supppying more which means you have no medication which costs a lot in money pain and mental emotional health Until they learn to stop trying to palm off old stock on customers I would recommend you AVOID AVOID AVOID Shame as my Dr from the clinic side is brilliant But you re locked into the dangerously inept pharmacy

Been sent an email to write this review stating this Thank you for using Mamedica We hope you re delighted with our service If you have a moment it will mean a lot to me personally if you could mention my name in your 5-star review Haven t ever interacted with the person on the email I m still waiting back on the multiple of complaints which I was told 2months ago that I would be hearing back soon because over 8 months was to long to wait the complaints are about being made to go without meds missing meds care for us as patients etc This company is the same as the rest who cares more about their bottom line instead of their patients

Iv been with mamedica for around 8

Iv been with mamedica for around 8 months now and it s getting worse and worse always having to wait for your medication they don t care leaving you with nothing and trying to phone the clinic good luck to u and if you are lucky enough to get an agent if they need to phone you back or if you email them and your waiting for a reply most of the time they don t even bother getting back to you they don t care about there patients obviously there to intrested in taking on new patients when they can t even care for the once s they have
