Brilliant with every interaction

Very efficient company but what tops everything for me is the staff at mamedica great advice but so friendly with it you can have a conversation like I did today with Dave no problem is a problem that can t be solved I am very appreciative for the help and kindness from all the staff on my crohn s journey

Having just received my first

Having just received my first instalment of medication I had an enquiry with regard to an appropriate dry herb vape that would enable me to trial the medication without being too expensive After stating the reason for my call I was put through to Dave Barlow for assistance Dave was great he understood and confirmed my needs and forwarded vape supplier links to my email It was good to look at vape options knowing that they had been endorsed by Dave I ve subsequently selected my vape of choice and been notified of its delivery within 24 hours First rate

Mamedica been with you for two years I ve battled with all sorts personally in my life but this clinic adjusted to my need and situation very well They were more then understanding and supportive Top service from the medication customer service team that help with ordering Charles and Stephen Great understanding of what is good and worth the money Which is always a bonus Always never had a problem when ordering except public holidays be organised and prepared and order in advance like any pharmacy Fast service and medication is improving and different medication styles Fast delivery and enjoying in my new table top vapouriser Great work from the whole team including the process from start to where I am now Thanks for everything

Best serve ice and quality IMHO of 30

Best service and quality IMHO of 30 years blazing Only issue there is a lag between ordering and delivery so please consider this when ordering Can be up to 10-14 working days from order to payment then it 1-2 working days when paid for Will continue to use Staff as very helpful and I travel a lot and they give me the correct trade document to travel without stress all included

No care for patients

For a company who speaks of patient care they really do not care about their patients see us as cash cows Will not listen to me about my problems seem to think they know more about what s wrong with me tolerance better than I do They do not care about the people in their care would rather get more patients than staff so you are on hold for over 45 mins or no one answers Emails are just never replied to You should be told when your meds are sent I only get information from Royal Mail at around 8-9 at night tracking number everything I m still waiting for a manager to ring me back after leaving out meds from a delivery from 4months ago I would love to leave the company but I payed 200 up front and will never get that back so I m trapped
