What a load of rubbish just cancelled my prescription after 1 month

What a load of rubbish missed my video appointment by 3 minutes and now they re trying to charge me a 50 late consultation fee after my first month with them Be aware of this company not all they re cracked up to be at all just another money grabbing entity who doesn t give two hoots about their patients they just want your money I asked them to take me off the books immediately as I won t be taken advantage of

AVOID THIS CLINIC

First send the wrong prescription now chasing more money to join the access scheme I m already part of and have been since October catch yourselves on It s April my dashboard shows I don t pay for appointments Lifelong access scheme is nonsense seems it lasts 6 months and they want another 200 Dody unprofessional company

Unfortunately despite repeated promises service has not improved over sent 3rmails requesting a payment link and still waiting what other company in the word sends invoices and expects the customers to email back requesting a payment link simple thing that should have been sorted from day one whenU started trading and yet still not rectified real disappointment

This company just gets worse and worse please please do not get involved with MAMEDICA Choose another Alteraleaf or similar MAMEDICA is a rogue company It constantly makes mistakes Every single time Can t do invoices right Can t control stock lists takes at least an hour to get through on phone as everyone is complaining Anyway they took my money again then said no stock so another 5 days with nothing Absolutely wa n kers Even the staff there are fed up and keep leaving due to the amount of abuse they re getting from angry patients who are left with no meds constantly Do not use this cowboy company

Consistently terrible service

Consistently terrible service leaving patients unable to plan ahead From taking a week to dispatch in stock items to taking a month to respond to an email to constant neverending holds when trying to reach someone to broken promises about improved service from the New Year - its a load of BS Black market is less stressful than dealing with these fools A year later and I ve had just one month where I haven t had to chase up a 400 prescription - each repeat request takes 2 weeks Insane This isn t private healthcare its a scam

Mamedica was once a reputable solid clinic Since the Summer of 2023 it has rapidly gone downhill From turnaround times of up to 2 weeks for receiving medication to them linking up with an open user and smoker of black market cannabis on social media whilst telling other patients that BM use and smoking is naughty and illegal they are now an absolute joke barely staffed and limping on Their CEO sure seems to enjoy the high life though so obviously it s working out for him Shame patients are left literally in the dark about their expensive medications Access scheme patients are deprioritised - see the ukmedicalcannabis subreddit for examples of this AVOID lol - sod off Mamedica and all your fake reviews

Been with these guys 18 months plus and service goes from bad to worse Clever strategy to get new patients meds out asap while begging them for positive reviews to get your poor rating up Terrible liers and crooks people running mamedica are a disgrace just greedy cheats who dont care they mess about sick patients to gain max profit Avoid these cowboys and join a professional team clinic I ve had 4 days off work after 4 seperate orders during my time as one of mamedicas patients to wait for prescriptions that dont turned up then had to have another day off to wait again loss of earnings due to mamedicas liew is at 1500 justvon wasted days its not turned up when they said not to mention the hours phoning them up on top Theyve cost me a lot of money for their incompetence

Admin like to argue with you instead of offer support Place blame for delays and rewrites on anyone else but themselves Total disconnect between pharmacy and clinic Then admit they were confused after i repeat myself three times Obviously if you want to argue and dismiss my concerns Shrug their shoulders and there s nothing they can do Delays rewrites confusion stress

The only company out there that makes

The only company out there that makes customers email separately in order to pay with a credit card keep getting promised it s going to b resolved for months and still the same silly games why u can t send an automatic payment link together with prescription is beyond comprehension unless ur trying to get away with card fees get ur act together

Sick to death of this company Can t even get my prescription dates rite Pharmacy and Dr are so unorganized Prescription blocked by Dr now as he has got my dates wrong and thinks iv had all my prescription this month when I have 50 grams left So nothing sent out again Had enough now will be looking for refund and applying elsewhere Do not use this cowboy company Be warned 6 months now and every month everything goes wrong They really cannot sort themselves out Useless
