A little bit of balance for the conversation

For me the staff have always been helpful and despite the mechanical processes sometimes bottle necking the staff do what they can to assist me They always have I m never rude or abusive to the staff I encounter so maybe this is why I receive a different service to those who adopt aggression as a way of communicating No one should be subject to abusive behaviour I agree at times things can be a bit complicated with the process but when you consider the volumes of patients requiring support it s no wonder there s hold ups and delays This is the same everywhere you go in terms of demand and restrictions in terms of resources to manage the demand FYI I always get my prescription I ve never been sent incorrect items and Mamedica staff have always tried to resolve any issues that I ve contacted them about Yes items run out this is the case everywhere you go this issue is not unique to Mamedica More education is needed around the supply chain so that individuals don t make assumptions and accusations that aren t factual I m now able to resolve things very quickly and the processes are being further reviewed I m told Sometimes we need patience with emerging practices Still early days for this particular industry My score reflects that there s room for improvement which is ongoing I also hope this review brings some balance to anyone deciding on what to do

Amazing care recently

Amazing Honestly had a few mishaps but you learn how the system works but all in time Recently Marta was amazing she got my medicine delivered in time for going away Product and customer service has always been good Been here nearlly a year and Only thing that isn t the greatest is the delivery service used So a strong 4 But big shout out to Marta and Abbey for the help They been amazing as have most of the team

Honestly after being reassured along the way I am more than happy with the service provided by Mamedica It took little longer than id hope to get a hold of my second months prescription But it was WELL worth the wait I am going to put my third months prescription in nice and early to be proactive

Today Stephen and Gabriella at the mamedica team was both brilliant in helping me sort out my proscription As im new to the medical cannabis and both help me to get what I asked for and is in process for me to receive my medication

Honestly it would be a 5 review

Honestly it would be a 5 review but as the company currently is going through growing pains and a big influx of new patients It s starting to cause minor delays to things like phone waiting times and reciving invoices I understand that this is going to happen during this period and I have to accept that this will happen to all clinics Although this is happening I can t say how much I appreciate their staff members There are some brillant members of staff there who really do go above and beyond to make sure you re getting everything you need from information to any issues being remedied I have had the odd 1 or 2 members of staff have issues but I could tell they was new an in training so I don t mind minor issues or the odd forgotten return call as the regular staff members seem to email me instead I appreciate the good work they do here and I hope it continues to improve in the near future

I ve been a patient with them since the beginning of 2023 I had an issue with one of the consultants and they solved it There have been small problems with appointments but the communication from the admin team is 10 10 They make you feel like you care as a patient even if you are in a reduced cost scheme and that says a lot about them in terms of their ethos

To the Team at MAMEDICA I ve deducted one of the stars for this review The delay waiting for invoices to arrive is having a knock on effect to your patients The bad bits I m now on day 10 and still have not received any invoice Staff taking patient orders without having the medication in stock Having to order stronger medication that is more expensive due to your stock running out leaves a very bitter taste Please be advised I use ALL of my War Pension to pay for my medication from you and it helps me get through a day CPTSD and Pain when you run out and I have to use the more expensive and stronger stuff it knocks everything out of sync Please address these issues to improve the patients experience
