I live in Ireland and had no issues when I ordered Received emails regarding the status of my order tracking numbers etc order delivered within 7 days by DPD courier

I am sorry about others who had bad experiences but my first transaction was flawless Superfast delivery in a day with just 1 euro surcharge Careful packaging I will definitely keep buying more

My package arrived on time in less than 2 weeks It was shipped from the Netherlands to the US Given all the bad reviews my experience was good indeed The items arrived as described Good quality products

Ordered products for almost 150eur last

Ordered products for almost 150eur last Tuesday and they all arrived well packaged in two boxes on Monday morning even though the estimated delivery time wasn t until Wednesday Thursday I must admit when I ordered I didn t know the products will be shipped from Spain only realized when I got the order confirmation so I googled the company and upon reading all the negative reviews on here I became a bit pissed that I might have just thrown a bunch of money out the window but was presently surprised when I got the notification this morning that my packages are due to be delivered shortly Overall pleasantly surprised and happy with the order and the service

Very satisfied customer

I started buying some food products online from this company at the beginning of the lockdown when I found it impossible to get home deliveries from my usual supermarket which as I m housebound was extremely inconvenient but even though this situation has now resolved itself I still continue to buy from them because what they sell is high quality I ve had no problems with deliveries either - and they do give you a choice of delivery methods at different prices Everything is very carefully packed as well so all the items including bottles have reached me intact Would definitely recommend

Great buying experience

I was about to place my order when I decided to check Trust Pilot I saw so many bad reviews so I called the company before clicking the Pay button The lady was very nice and I felt reassured My order came today Only 2 days after placing my order delivered to my door Well packed even with free gifts I am well impressed by the professional packing the pricing of the products and the entire experience These bad reviews should not put you off purchasing from this company I am super pleased at the quality of the products for what I paid

I m shocked at the amount of 1 stars I am seeing I have ordered a box full of food and everything arrived in tact and on time 1 week later I absolutely recommend this website as the food is excellent quality super healthy and unavailable in England Gracias naturitas

Great Customer Service

I have only been using this company for about 6 months but have found them very responsive and great customer service My last order was a couple of months back but I didn t realise that one bottle out of five was broken I was given a refund straight away
