Poor packaging a big honey bottle broke and spilt all over the rest of the box It was wrapped in brown paper I mean just brown paper- not bubblewrap Ridiculous considering they offer products on their website that aren t packed appropriately Shame really they lost a customer Making a complaint is another nightmare

Longer than quoted delivery times as products are shipped from Spain not NZ despite the NZ website Jug was damaged on arrival and took several emails with customer services in Spain to resolve They did not provide the replacement part product I asked for but did give me a full refund Not the outcome I wanted but they came through in the end

naturists have a points system which at first seems good but the points that are accrued don t last very long So if you order a regular large quantity ion product by the time you need the product again your points have expired

still waiting for refund I purchased several times Delivery and pricing is all good However with the most recent delivery I received expired supplements Refund was granted however I m still waiting

Great selection of products good prices with super fast delivery My only issue is that the websites is really slow to load and searching can be painful

Very hard to work with their webpage They pretty much force you into accepting cookies I tried to accept only the functional but it kept popping up the privacy setting After several tries I had to accept all but I ll be very reluctant to come back 2 Their prices are different from the mobile to the desk top version 3 On the desktop will not allow me to sign in with my proper login only through my mobile 4 Compared to US based companies their interface is clunky hard to use 5 Refund process is a nightmare even for a banal item Overall I d look for another company unless they address these issues

I love the wide range of products they carry The specific product that brought me to this company is usually fully stocked with what I use The pricing is impressive less expensive than purchasing these items on Amazon which is the only other place I am able to find the products I use Shipping used to be super fast now it s quite bit slower but not due to Naturitas They send the packages within 24 hrs of ordering definitely US postal service My issues with Naturitas is not being able to contact them and every time I receive a coupon in my email they never work and when you try to contact Naturitas about it I am not able to I will continue to order from this company there products are exactly what I order I did notice someone said that the company should invest in sturdier packaging I will agree with that as well

I have to admit I thought I had gotten scammed from this website I ordered approximately 65 U S worth of products back in July I received an email stating my order had shipped within 24hours I kept checking on the status with the tracking provided and my shipment just seemed stuck My order status never changed I finally sent a message to Naturitas and was advised that my package was stuck in Customs I pretty much have up on ever receiving my order Well my package FINALLY arrived today My box had definitely been opened and re-taped so I believe it was held up in Customs I am so pleased with the products I received from this company Everything was in the box The price I paid for my items was less than a quarter of the price anywhere else Amazing I will definitely order from this website in the future however I will practice a bit more patience I am sure to get my order it may just take a lot longer but worth it for the price

I know that there are complaints about time to receive your item but unfortunately that is the state of international shipping as a whole right now unless you are paying top dollar for shipping I ordered my items on June 23rd and from the 26th to the 29th it went from Spain to the Netherlands and it was shipped out on 7 1 and there were no further updates from that period on However I held out hope because I have bought several things from overseas and they did show up eventually Today to my surprise my gluten free pasta was in the mailbox Notifications once it reached the US could have been better but the USPS is also having issues and that is not the seller s fault I am very pleased this was not an urgent or perishable item and it is something I cannot buy here in the US so I am just glad that I ordered three boxes and it will last me quite a while Patience is key and I would reorder from them

I was a bit concerned when I saw it was being shipped from Spain but it arrived in only a few days ordered 22nd January received 30th January I will buy again
