First order fine

My first order was for Hafer oat drink It arrived In the North of Scotland well packed in around 10 days and the service was prompt so I will probably use the company again if we like the taste compared to Oaty

Great company will order from again

I live in Kent in the UK i ordered 20 agave syrups and one honey jar and everything came quickly within a week of ordering and we re all sealed and undamaged I was worried about ordering from this website because I saw alot of negative reviews after making my order but thankfully it is a genuine company who delivered really good quality products and is exactly as described Only issue I would say is its difficult to communicate with them as I tried to cancel my order after seeing bad reviews and I didn t get any response in regards to my cancellation but since receiving it I m glad they didn t cancel the order as I m pleasantly suprised and happy with my purchase and will definitely be re ordering in the future Thank you naturitas

I purchased some bread recently and when I emailed the company with quesion about one of the products I received the reply immediately It was informative and helpful message so I did have a good experience Also the website is going to be improved I was told

I received my products that are hard to find elsewhere and for less price than anywhere The order took a while to get to me I am on the east coast however So it makes sense The reason I gave 4 out of 5 is the website isn t the easiest to navigate I typed in the brand which they have it gave me 15 000 other options and only one for what I was looking for You have to be very specific about what youre looking for Anyway blah blah great company

Goods arrived as ordered and on time thanks

A little worried after reading some bad reviews but my goods arrived on time exactly as ordered well packaged and look to be of good quality The company is based in Europe hence the long delivery times

Worthy products require long delivery

Naturitas was the only place which had the items I wanted altogether so decided to take the risk Had no problems whatsoever with order or delivery and they arrived in good time One of the products had only Spanish instructions but that is easily solved now online Delighted with my products Would go to Naturitas again

Quick delivery and reliable track and trace system

I have only placed one order for Naturitas and can only speak for my own experience The delivery took a long time from Girona - Spain to Houston - U S placed 2020-10-19 and delivered on 2020-11-14 but I understand that this is beyond their control I am just happy that I can purchase products that are not available in the U S market by other means I am placing a second order for the same products

Happy Customer

I have ordered tendisulfur for my husband It has been prescribed by a physician to prevent joint breakdown I couldn t find it anywhere in the UK so it was a relief that I was able to order from this site It has arrived as promised in a week time plus a day I was able to track the pack every day If it weren t for Brexit it would have probably arrived quickly I will definitely order again Thank you Naturitas

Hi there Recent purchase as a new customer I live in NZ and my products arrived 3 days BEFORE expected Everything there - well packed and I am a happy customer Instructions for use on product labels are in Spanish but not an issue as one can look up the English versions online I will absolutely use you guys again M
