AVOID

I have ordered from Naturitas in November Items didn t arrive at all they didn t inform me that there is no stock I requested a refund They transferred me only a part of the money keeping the delivery fee 9 for themselves It has been 3 weeks since I ordered They don t respond to my numerous emails ignoring me completely I asked my bank for help hopefully I will get the rest of my money Never again

BIG DISAPPOINTMENT

I ordered 3 bottes of an oil-based lotion The delivery arrive early which was Nice surprise I was very quickly disillusioned when I opened the oil soaked shabby little package One of the bottles was not properly sealed and HALF of it leaked out I sent pictures to customer service OVER 2 WEEKS AGO and have not gotten a response I will never shop with Naturitas again and strongly advise others to steer clear Not impressed

I have ordered mielar chestnut honey

If I read the reviews before making my order I would never order anything from this company I have ordered mielar chestnut honey but received not sure what Fake honey I am very familiar with chestnut honey lived in mountains where chestnut grows and eat a lot of honey also in past bought chestnut honey from Italy Portugal Georgia so what ever honey I received from that company it is not honey of chestnut more likely honeydew- although not absolutely sure it not have much test arom of honey but it was very expensive purchase so I would like to get refund from it or real chestnut honey will be delivered Package was damaged too Irresponsible careless company don t trust your money

Naturitas is a fraudulent company

Naturitas ca is a scam Recently I purchased an item from Naturitas ca in Canada through their Canadian website and paid for the shipping cost inside Canada in CAD Later I ended up paying 30 value of the purchased item as custom as the company imported the item from Spain without telling me before purchase Later Naturitas refused to accept any responsibility to cover the cost

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

The website says com au they re lying it s not an australian company- everything comes from Spain I spent 100 on a cat diffuser it arrived in a language I couldn t understand and with an adapter I couldn t even plug in

Ignores emails to cancel order

I ordered some toothpaste but immediately found out that it contains sodium lauryl sulfate so I immediately emailed the company at least three times to cancel and refund my order before they shipped it They totally ignored my emails and shipped the toothpaste anyway I called PayPal and they said that it as soon as I receive the toothpaste call them and they will open up a dispute and I will get my money back I will never ever order anything from this company again As soon as I get my refund I will delete my app And account

Didn t receive the order and still

Didn t receive the order and still won t answer my questions No refund or anything I had ordered prior with no issues but not this time I will never do business with them There are scammers to the core

Took 65 USD and did not deliver my order

Ordered 65 USD worth of product Product never arrived but tracking by SEUR indicated it was delivered Naturitas service person refused to even look into my missing order unless I provided my passport number I told them I would not provide this as it has nothing to do with my order my business with them and was not indicated as necessary for tracking my order on the form they provided from SEUR and because this is private information that should not be given out randomly online and can be used in identity theft They have not resolved the issue I will have to report them to visa to get my money back Dishonest backwards company with poor delivery and customer service

Fake reviews from proved purchases

I have not ordered anything yet I was about to put in my basket a tooth powder and since it s a difficult product to get used to I checked the reviews All reviews 20 in total were positive most said to be a translation I tried to click on the show original and nothing was shown but what alarmed me the most was that they were all posted today 2nd November I don t believe a toothpowder can be so popular to get 20 reviews in a single day from a website I ve never heard before And that there are no older reviews is just fishy Clearly this review thing is a scam I wonder about the rest

The company makes the entire ordering

The company makes the entire ordering and contacting process very cumbersome We simply wanted to know how many mg of sodium are contained in their vegan pate but we needed to complete answer after answer after answer before we could even reach the required form
