Used for a 6 day trip to Santiago de Compostela car was clean and with 30 000 km Had to wait for minibus but it arrived quickly and only a 5 minute journey As with any carhire I took pictures and a video of the car before driving off Returned and no issues damage found no insurance scam at all Whole process was good and I would use it again

Rented from Las Palmas airport Gran Canaria Car was new and extremely good value Service very good and friendly Car quickly checked over on return No complaints at all and would gladly use again It s a 5 minute walk from the terminal or you can get a shuttle For shuttle pick up turn right as you exit arrivals and wait by the entrance to the Spar shop inside the terminal building Someone will appear holding an OKMobility sign The instructions on that process were not very clear We had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come but then it was all fine

Rented a car at Tenerife South airport Shuttle bus was easy - waited a little maybe 30 minutes due to some IT-issues at the desk But got a nice car - good service at the desk Easy return - a young serviceminded employee made it smooth Will rent again

After booking my car for just under 1 months hire at Malpensa airport Italy and then reading so many negative reviews here I was dreading the experience But I couldn t have been more happy Francesca and Luigi at Malpensa were warm professional and absolutely fantastic to deal with and a credit to this company After a 25 hour flight and an issue with my credit card they went out of their way to help me The car was spotlessly clean and mechanically sound I travelled extensively through northern Italy with no issues and my deposit was released without a problem I needed compulsory snow chains and Customer Service were helpful Returning the car was efficient and quick with no issues thanks to Stanley Overall from my experience at Malpensa was excellent

Rented a car at Valencia airport last week with OKMobility through DoyouSpain as it was the cheapest option Despite the negative reviews I had a good experience with them Picking up the car was quick and although they offered the insurance option they didn t push for it and I didn t take it anyway as I had my own Excess insurance highly recommended for peace of mind and at a cheaper cost On returning the car the guy checking it Dani noticed a very small mark on the side I had noted other scratches at pick up but not that one so couldn t tell if it was done during my rental He said I wouldn t get charged for it and released the deposit Overall an easy and stress-free experience

I was extremely doubtful if OKMob prior to going to Palma De Mallorca as a very large majority of the reviews were totally negative and shocking It made me nervous about the rental however our experience was the complete opposite We rented a Seat Ibiza manual as it was one of the cheaper options however we were upgraded for free to a brand new Lynk Co SUV automatic and honestly it made our experience absolutely incredible The car was fantastic and amazing to drive and it made our Mallorca adventure unforgettable The staff at the counter was extremely helpful she even gave us ideas for secret beaches to visit And the staff at the car park was lovely as she helped us understand the functionality of the car and all it s glory They even accepted AMEX for the deposit which saved us We returned the car back a little dirty but the staff had no issues Quickly checked the conditions of the car and off we went My experience with OkMob was 10 10 and recommend it to anyone who is considering Gracias

Highly recommend booking online before arriving just makes things 10x faster The staff were great the car was clean and a good spec I do recommend the full insurance package no faffing about at the desk just took my licence and passport and the keys were in my hand hand over was great highly recommended
