OK is ok - a good company to rent a car but it was a horrible experience to pick up a rental car on Saturday evening at Palma airport outside terminal It took me 2 h to get the car OK please open more counter when so many people stand in front of the station waiting for rental cars - Thank you

The rental and pickup was easy and smooth Customer service was great Only problem is it s been 34 days and I still haven t got my 200 deposit back Nothing was wrong with the car when returned I sent an email to the contact but after 2 weeks there s no answer still I tried to call the 24 7 phone number but it cuts off immediately I just want to know where my deposit is and why put a 24 7 number when it isn t really

Rented the car in Palma 13 11-15 11 Had to pay 150 euros deposit for the full tank of fuel Until today did not receive the deposit back The rental experience itself was ok It seems to me that the employer has taken normal payment from my Visa Debit because the pre-authorisation was turned into charge 19 11 I called my bank the payment is taken from my account but got nothing back

We prepaid the rental with basic insurance But the clerk at the Lisbon office manipulated us into paying for premium insurance making the total 10 times more than the original voucher price He insisted that was the only way We had no problems paying the deposit but not the premium insurance So the voucher was useless Voucher no CJT-36122203P S I gave them the well deserved 1 star but today the insurance cost was refunded So changed to 3 stars That took many calls and emails

Few days ago I arrived to pickup the car at the store and the support I have received from the assistant was quiet poor She assistant didn t take the time to explain me anything and simply didn t allow me to take the car because of my drive licenses that were valid After contacting Ok Mobility Car on Instagram they explained what happened and gave me a full refund The online support was very efficient My recommendation is to guarantee that you have all documents prior picking up the car in order to do that contact them online or by phone Unfortunately the support at the store was very poor

Zulema in Santander was really helpful They have a crazy system where they don t send an immediate close of account email unless you specifically ask for it There was damage to the car which wasn t properly described on her system but because I had taken time stamped photos and a video of the car before we took it out of the rental facility we had evidence it was already there Please change your system and give customers a closed account at the time of return and your reviews will likely improve No one wants a nasty surprise on their credit card 2 weeks later Thankfully the Santander airport is small enough that we didn t experience all these queues people mentioned in other reviews This review is because Zulema at Santander was so helpful but I wouldn t rate the company otherwise Any damage needs to be better documented between customers And the account should be closed there and then when you can argue and provide evidence

Good car at a reasonable price but disaster to return the car road signs were virtually impossible to follow and you could see a number of OK clients on the hard shoulder in confusion

I rented a car in Zagreb And told the company i would go to slovenia for 2 days Terms and conditions said there was a charge of 10 euros minimun 15 euros so i expected to pay 20 euros surcharge But they applied the 10 euros to the whole rental period Then in Slovenia I got fined for not having a vignette for the highway i thought they could have warned me Otherwise I got a good car

We booked a car for Tenerife from compare the market with full insurance Once arrived they are shoes drive from the airport we were told that the insurance paid is with their broker and not with them so we need to pay 185 extra or they will hold 1350 as deposit from CREDIT card ONLY in case we damaged the car and in case of accident we need to pay and then claim with broker My brother didn t have his credit card with him so he was forded to pay a second insurance of 160As an ex are at a car employee who use rent a cars on every holiday I was shocked Furthe more we got the car at approx 10pm with already documents signed and marked scratches and we were asked to signed before we even see the car It was three laddies working on the night and they all had the same arguments with customers as non of us was aware of this hidden charge We booked three cars as we were big group on family holiday and three of us got a substitute cars as the cars we have chosen and paid for weren t available On return of the car I had to chase them to check the car in my present and insisted to get an email confirmation before leaving the office of the company Take videos of the cars before and after as you can get charge hundreds of for scratches you haven t even done We have been in Tenerife couple of times and using company located is always the best option Don t get attracted by the cheaper option of OK mobiliti as they are scammers located 3miles away do the airport so they leave you with no choice but to use them once you get in their office
