It s a scam - we rented a car from them in Miami and when we arrived their office was closed during business hours and remains closed days later and they didn t answer our calls We emailed them and also the platform Economy Bookings but we are yet to hear

Terrible experience in Tenerife At least 2 hour queue to collect car Walked away and paid again with another company It s cheap for a reason

The person serving me when I was picking the car put in pressure on me to purchase the insurance they provide although I explained to them that I already have third party insurance and the insurance they have offered me is too expensive The car I have received was not in good condition- the window on the drive s side was not closing also the clatch on the car was worn out the car was totally underpowered Also the car had numerous scratches and dents all over the body I believe over the 20 years I have rented cars this was the worst car I have driven When I returned the car back the person there noticed there were some superficial scratches on the bonnet of the car and within 10 seconds assessed the damage and concluded I would be charged for that 260 euro I am curious to know how can someone possibly asses in such a short time the cost of damages to the car Also why any previous damage was never repaired

If I could give this company less than one star I would Supplied a car with a broken clutch filled with smoke as we left the airport left us stranded just at the carpark exit blamed us charged us about 1500 Euro and left us with no car for our holiday Absolute disaster ruined our holiday as we had no transport upset all of us and led to months of paperwork Malaga Spain

Rented car from Bilbao airport and had my own insurance so rejected offer on pickup to purchase cover with okmobility On returning the car the member of staff quickly spotted some minor damage which he claimed had been caused during our rental Luckily we had taken a video of the car which showed the damage existed at time of pickup He tried to say that he couldn t see the damage on video and as we had our own insurance we would be able to claim We said that we had no intention of doing that as damage was there on pickup He then measured the damage snd said it was small enough not to matter Very unpleasant experience which was disappointing as we had used OKmobility in Bilbao airport before without problems

Not given the car we asked for Car experienced a catastrophic tyre failure half an hour down the road from Mallorca airport Fortunately I was able to pull the car in safely with virtually nothing left of the tyre OKmobility then charged me 1143 Euro for the privilege of waiting for over two and a half hours at the side of a motorway for recovery I was able to recover a reasonable proportion of this through my own insurance but I was still significantly out of pocket Supplied with a potentially dangerous car with larger more expensive wheels and then charged through the nose for it Atrocious

Teerible comapany don t even think about renting at this comapany had my car returned at 1228 pmmust have returned it at 1230 so in time got a message at 1648 that my car was not returned and they would fine me I was in the plan in the air at that time after i called back no one answered my phone so goodbye money cost me an other 100 euro for their mistake

Have never get my EUR 2000 deposit since 6 Nov 2023 No one replying email the only customer service can be reached through Instagram direct message but they are useless slow response and only talking non-sensecan someone give advance how to solve this any same experience to get deposit back really frustated with this company

I wanted to rent a car while I was in vacation in Albania I saw a very cheap fiat at there website so I pre-rented it When I got to the place they told me to be to get the car nobody was there We saw a phone number at the wall and I called it the guy that picked up said I ll be there in 2 minutes we waited for 1 hour but he finally arrived I told him that I rented a car at there website and he told me that I have to pay 1 500 euros I told them that I have already paid the car at their website and that I only rented a small fiat not a Ferrari
