Against most reviews on this website I think OK are ok Perhaps it s the amazing staff at Murcia that makes the difference First time for years I have hired a car OK will be my preference when I hire next time The collection from Airport was efficient booking in at the office was quick Only issue was my contract didn t appear on my email so office printed the principal contract page On return again fast booking in deposit refunded after inspection Absolutely no complaints here Amazing Service

The experience was awesome

Last time I booked a car for 4 people and some luggage expecting a kinda normal car but they gave me an Audi A1 Sportback The experience was awesome really comfy I would truly recomend the experience to others Every single time I ve booked a car with them I ve never had a problem every single detail was on point I m looking forward for next time

Alicante Airport - Our expectations were more than met

Easy booking and web site navigation Made the booking on recommendation but then we read some pretty awful reviews At one point we almost cancelled the booking On collection our expectations were more than met Friendly English speaking staff who explained everything we needed to know No queues and as we completed fast track paperwork our time at the booking desk was minimal The car we were allocated was almost brand new you could still smell the newness On return no queue and again friendly tentative staff after a quick inspection of the vehicle we were soon on our way to the airport departure lounge Only draw back we used a debit card so the 200 euro petrol deposit whilst refunded will take several days to appear back in our account Using a credit card buts a block on your card but no transfer of funds takes place

After seeing many bad reviews about OK

After seeing many bad reviews about OK mobility Chania Airport I was a bit worried about my booking Well what can I say it was perfect No hard selling of insurance and a straight forward drop off no hidden charges or trying to say I caused damage I went round the car with the employee and he and I noted all the small scrapes and dentists before I took the car away Full tank of fuel as stated in booking My only negative I booked a VW Golf sized car we got that but it was a Citro n C4 cactus bit of a tin box

Good experience twice

Most of the bad reviews are from people who take the cheapest option without reading the conditions I ve rented from OK Mobilty Barcelona two times had Premium Cover and zero hassle Take the car drive bring it back and that s it

Better Best Experience

From booking online uncomplicated informative quick efficient Post booking clear correspondence Pick up fast friendly efficient professional car spotless scratch free On line app had everything Drop off efficient friendly professional In all of all the years hiring cars this was easily the best experience My 4 5 th time to use Ok Mobility in Alicante and each time is as positive helpful and economical as the last Wonderful staff Keep up the good work back in June 2024

Great service

Great service We arrived in Chania airport a couple of hours before we anticipated Went to OK Mobility office and even though we had booked the car for later they still assisted us and were given the option to choose which car we wanted Ilias was super efficient and polite He explained everything in detail and also suggested us places to visit Drop off was quick as well We will surely use their service again Many thanks from Duncan Cassar - Malta

I used OK at Murcia airport Can t believe the negative reviews that appear to be from other airports My experience Cannot be more happy rental appeared to be more expensive as the fuel policy was full to full Having used other rental outfit from same airport with 3 separate additional surcharges including 25 for filling car Trust me the extra for OK is far better value Will definitely use OK for all future bookings

Always very good and helpful

Used them a number of times in Alicante Airport today on returning the car the representative greeted us politely and was very efficient unfortunately didn t get his name When we got to passport control I realised that I had left my passport in the car Panic We rushed back met the same gent again he could not have been more helpful returned said passport and we made our flight Thank you OK Mobility see you next time

Good reliable company

Have used OK Mobility at Murcia Alicante for over 5 years including 3 times in the past 5 months Staff are always friendly cars are low mileage sometimes upgraded for free We have our own excess policy so expect a credit card block Never had hastle with OK so some of the negative comments on here are a puzzle Good reliable company
