Booked through Ryanair for a trip to Spain Then read some reviews and was absolutely terrified Couldn t have been more wrong Staff were excellent I didn t take out any extra insurance with them got a very nice car and it was a dream When returning the car they were so helpful and quick no extra charges They did charge 18 to collect the car 45 minutes early but we were exhausted after travelling so didn t argue Preauthorisation on credit card was reversed in full shortly after returning home Such good value and has such a good experience they were my go to company to book for my next trip coming up in December Booked directly through them for the new trip and will review again after

Hired a car in ibiza and the whole process was perfect Fast pick up The car was a corsa and great for our needs The return was seamless and took minutes and we were at the airport departures Be wary that its shuttles both ways which I think is standard for everyone Would defo recommend

In las palmas the team is super and really helpfull I had a few problems with a rental car and they served me better than i could think of The next time they remembered me and gave me an upgrade due to the problems before Also the deposit of the car came in one day after i returned the car Overall great team las palmas ok mobility and thanks for your support

Big Thank You for Andrea and OKMobility I have rented a car at Tenerife Car rent company is located outside Tenerife South airport There was a bus waiting for us which took us to them office only few minutes drive Bus driver was helpful took luggage At office I was served by Andrea All paperwork was sorted quickly and all details explained clearly Very helpful and lovely person I ve got a beautiful premium class car clean and comfy It had some marks all around from previous users which has not impact to use the car After week I have returned car back in same condition Car was collected and checked quickly and bus took us to the airport Very happy with service and car Definitely will be coming back and use your service Gracias Valentas

Rented car for 3 weeks Alicante fast delivery fast return where you were met by someone who looked over the car and someone agreed that everything was ok cheap price for 3 weeks including 300 km per day Will use Ok Mobility next time too

I used Ok Mobility in Seville Picked up car at train station and dropped off at airport I cannot praise them highly enough Very helpful staff at both offices No issues whatsoever I can recommend 100

Used this rental car service in summer 2022 alicante Had no problem picking up the car and deliver it Only negative was we didnt het the car we order on their site They told us they didn t have the car left in stock and gave us another one which we had to pay extra Watch out for this type of trickery folks But we ended up getting a better car than the original anyways so win win

First time using OK Mobility I booked VW Golf online during 50 Black Friday deal Picked up at Porto Airport by minivan within 15mins I was shuttled to there spacious car-lot facility 2 miles away Check-out took all of 5mins only disappointment were no VW Golf s only Renault Captur s I declined Koleos upgrade as well as the excess waiver credit card swipe taken for 1340 Euro block I spent 5 mins looking over car Noticed numerous paint defects and stone chips in the front which I raised with the desk clerk who explained no problemo as under 3cm So off I went delighted to find Apple Carplay funtioning well with Google maps and Spotify Midway through rental I noticed that a stone chip on the windscreen had grown to about 1cm wide by the time I dropped it off Again within minutes a polite staff member efficiently and routinely inspected the car checking the fuel level etc and said no problemo so within 10mins I was shuttled off to the airport again Reading some of the reviews below I thought I needed to recommend this well organised rental car company No problemo
