Excellant service from the company let down by poor delivery

We needed more Bromine tablets for our hot tub and took advantage of the 10 Easter discount and ordered a 5kg tub at a great price I forgot to include our house name on the order an email soon had this added before the order was despatched excellent service Unfortunately Outdoor Living Hot Tubs use Evri as their carrier as usual this is a poor service to our rural location resulting in the next day delivery taking almost a week to arrive We didn t need the order for immediate use but if you do it s worth checking which delivery company is being used before placing the order

Good service at reasonable price Would have been better if we had an option to pick up at store to save expensive postage costs

I bought bromine tablets and from start to finish the experience was smooth and easy The star was dropped because they were more expensive than I had hoped but a good price compared to other retailers

The first shipment had the wrong size product but one quick phone call and the order was corrected The new size product was shipped that day and the incorrect size was collected by a courier from my front door Great customer service

The ordering process was simple and straightforward and the products were as described being genuine products of good quality however the delivery experience was poor Not sure if we will use again as a result of this aspect

Everything delivered on time but one of the bottles containing liquid chemicals had slightly come undone and leaked It meant that about15 of that bottle was missing and the box damaged I was given the option by the deliver company to reject the box but declined as I need the contents
