The payment part of the order process an link to stock management needs fixing My payment process did not complete and then I got two orders delivered by mistake

when i phoned to place my order i was told by the gentleman to place it online which was a problem as i was at work

If I could put 5 stars I would for Emma she has been outstanding with handling my case She has gone above and beyond to help resolve my issues which she chases head office and factory for all the time I first want to say why I have given 3stars it would be 2 if it wasn t for emma This is because of the product the issues I have had and the fact that it should have come with audio and it has nt and still has not been fitted alrhough emma is on the case The filter cover casings and two other areas are all discoloured so the Hottub looks 10 years old not 6 weeks old Richard the engineer came and was also amazing what I love about these two people they have been honest and not tried to fob me off They deserve a medal jacuzzi itself what a joke and the factory get your product and communication sorted it s not fair to the customers or your staff

the order was quick and easy process and delivered the very next day

Delivery was very good everything went great I was pleased with the service

All parts of the service are quick and easy Happy to have found this parts supplier

Wide range of products at good prices If I need hot tub supplies will always look on their site

Great comma throughout hot tub looks and is amazing Had a issue with the log burner not sitting flush to the ground but after a couple weeks someone was out and resolved the issue Pipes leading to it needed extending delivery wise they should invest in some sort of trolley jack as was a close call when dragging it and rolling it over a kick board almost resulting in damage

Goods delivered on time competitively priced Will order again

One of the orders arrived late but otherwise very good service highly recommend
