Great service from the staff but calls are very rarely answered

Sorted now but loads of problems at the start

Delivery went to the wrong address and I had to keep chasing to locate delivery

This refers to Outdoor Living Hull To be fair to them I didn t leave a review for my initial experience when buying a top of the range Jacuzzi hydro-therapy spa for a 5 holiday rental I am delighted with the goods but the lack of on-going customer service that showed the lack of value they put on good custom is revealing We had a sudden failure of operation when guests were present We rang for assistance and were surprised that back-up for commercial premises was not same day from a local firm Appreciate the effort the engineer made to re-schedule his day He quickly identified that a lock button had been accidentally activated admitting that in the absence of a full instruction manual being left on installation I had no way of knowing this was a possibility He was also good enough to say he should have considered the this when I described the problem over the phone which could have averted the call-out He reasonably suggested in the circumstances we should not be charged a call out fee by the office the hot tub is still in guarantee I was subsequently charged 100 for the call out by the office which for the reasons the engineer had already highlighted i feel i should not be liable for What really caused me to spit the dummy out was the somewhat rude response that having signed for the safe arrival and required installation of the tub and associated paperwork this implied access to a full operation manual What I got was no more than a leaflet describing the backwash process For everything else I resorted to YouTube I am astonished at the lack of value placed on me as a customer as they refused to reconsider My purchase was c 16 000 with ongoing purchase of consumables I am building my second of 3 holiday rentals and considering a similar number of identical purchases for installation Good customers are hard won and easily lost in this case for 100 I am surprised such custom is worth so little They shouldn t expect the call any time soon

Delivery company poor I was in when they arrived then drove off without dropping off

Ordered a lay-z-y spa hot tub Order arrived quickly so very happy with that I have contacted the company to ask for a receipt as it s required for warranty activation I am still waiting for this so only 3 stars

Site was easy to navigate and find what I required Said next day delivery but didn t get purchases until 3 days later

No problem with products and pricing but3rd party delivery let the side down on this occasion through not including house name with address details resulting in driver unable to deliver on scheduled day until phone call to carrier to correct

Tried to phone option 3 three times to buy some hot tub chemicals but no answer Then called option 1 at about 2pm and someone answered- I explained I had called 3 times already as I wanted to take advantage of the 5 offer as per my e-mail - I was then told everyone was busy as it was a Monday but someone would call me back today to take my order nobody called and I phoned again at 4 40pm to hear a message that the office was now closed Someone phoned me back the following afternoon and I explained my experience- she said all the family were at a funeral yesterday and that s why there was nobody to answer the phone - why wasn t the first person honest as I would have understood

The products from outdoor living were good unfortunately the same cannot be said for their courier or their customer services whom I still awaiting a reply from I was left to locate the missing delivery without any assistance from outdoor living or their chosen courier
