Hello

Hello The part finally arrived this morning and when I opened the package the part was broken Can you please send a replacement part and package it ina hard cylindrical tube so it does not arrive broken again as it arrived in a paper envelope with very light bubble wrap I have photos to show you the broken part if you want to see them RdsRay

dont waste your money on service or lid

bought a new lid for there brand hot tub its to big and just get fobbed off by them I paid for the top annual service to only find day after it was done there was still crime and grit in the jets they had not took them off or cleaned them The service is ment to have everything inspected and reported on hmm week after service a seal goes and it looks like its been on its way out for a while A main jet is cracked on the inside it should of got checked when cleaned and serviced We had just got this tub so asked them to go over it with a fine tooth comb hmm they must of had there eyes shut

Absolutely appalling company

Absolutely appalling company not even a year old and the laminate is bubbling all over Customer service doesn t want to know even though all the chemicals have come from them and we have followed everything as they said to now they want to charge us for it No one has been out to see the issue Avoid I wish I d looked on here before buying as we are not the first Very disappointing my post code is HU4 7RBUpdate still haven t received anything about how you are going to sort our tub out Stay well away terrible company

Poor customer service- they sell the product -hottub- on the premise although you can cheaper hottubs elsewhere a lot cheaper this is jacuzzi and this s quality customer care and product shambles if you raise a complaint they play the old trick that they will sort and look into it and be back in touch- apologise and then do nothing Even over a 10 product when you ve spent up to 10 000 with the company they can t even accept a return worth a tenner -joke The chemicals are cheaper on Amazon anyway and they don t mess around with returns- i kept going to their showroom to show customer loyalty for five years- and tehy show none back avoid there crap Refers to Leeds and Hull showrooms

Avoid They we re great with sales and installation however after-sales customer service are shocking We bought the Outdoor Look hot tub less than 10 months ago and the filter lid has corroded no advice was given about this the care of it and now they re trying to charge 160 for a replacement lid The hot tub has been sat unused for 3 weeks Price increase of 1000 too on this product in the last year They re trying to rip people off We are really disappointed in the whole thing Would not recommend you purchase from here purely due to shocking after-sales

Underwhelming lack of service

I m not sure why I ve received this invite to review your services I ve not bought anything from you recently and never will You ve given poor service in the shop with charging double for a single product You ve given poor follow up service to a recognised current and ongoing fault with my J300 range tub A promised long term fix to the jets had never reached my tub and the responses to email support requests have been borderline rude This should be a statutory rights claim if I ever had the time to do such things I ve stopped holding my breath and regularly discourage those who ask for my advice from shopping with you I advise lots of people The tub is around 4 years old and has NEVER FUNCTIONED CORRECTLY

8 months to fix damagedjacuzzi

Finally fixed my jacuzzi after 8 months which was delivered damaged Poor communication no follow up call or apology still waiting for manager to get back to me to arrange for compensation as he suggested when he phoned me months ago Really bad customer care and after sales support

Really poor after sales service

The most useless after sale service I ve ever come across Make you wait weeks for a part that s broken for the second time Then hound you for payment then the day before they are due to fit it they cancel as they have just realised it s the wrong one can anyone recommend a good independent for hot tub service

I have no doubt that the products are

I have no doubt that the products are excellent however I placed an order with this company because they promised 48-hour delivery on purchases over 50 My order totaled over 600 and now a week later I am still waiting This delay is due to the inadequate service provided by their selected delivery company DX EXPRESS Based on my experience I can only say that it has not been satisfactory I ve had to cancel appointments with tradespeople because the parts I ordered have yet to arrive and I am quite frustrated with the situation

Confusing Discount Code

Web site said there was a 10 discount but it wasn t given When I queried this by email I was sent another code for the discount but the order was already placed paid for I requested a refund of the 10 discount but there has been no response
