As always great range of products and when you order very fast service and prompt delivery I know I do not need to worry when I am running low As long as in stock it arrives on time

Better delivery service than their hot tub servicing

It s a pity their hot tub servicing is not as good as their deliveries of chemicals etc Because servicing was appalling year later and still no follow up If you just want parts or chemicals then it s a really good service

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing truly exceptional customer service from Deon from the time I went into the shop to order parts replacements to her resolving the issue Deon demonstrated a level of care and attention that far exceeded my expectations Specifically as she contacted the manufacturer and has managed to get me the replacement parts covered under the warranty of which we were told last year this wasn t the case Deon responded promptly to my emails and phone calls keeping me updated on the progress of my issue Deon is an asset to Outdoor Living
