Very easy to have the chip implanted simple instructions for activation I like the different time lengths available for purchase

Petkey was easy to sign up and follow I am very please with items I ordered and being able to have quick access to alert if my dog is lost missing I am very pleased with the whole experience

When I was signing up I didn t realize that my deceased dog was still on the records so the payment went to that Soni called and a very nice lady removed it and credited it to my new dog and put in all the info
