Exceptional Customer Service

I m not really one to leave reviews but the outstanding service from Pretavoir definitely deserves the five stars I had a warranty issue with some sunglasses I purchased and they handled it all for me dealing with the manufacturer and sending personalised updates along the way My experience even outside of the warranty issue has been great - they keep you well updated on the process of your order and my glasses arrived well-packaged and within the outlined timeframe The service really has been exceptional not like I have ever received from any other online retailer I will definitely use them again and recommend to others

I have used the pretavoir for the prescription glasses for many years I always had a very pleasant experience from start to finish On this occasion Martin was extremely helpful for advice and making the varifocal lenses in the right position I strongly recommend the company

The variety of frames is fantastic I loved being able to try the frames at home before I purchased the prescription lenses The speed of service was second to none I am really pleased with my new glasses thank you

I ordered Cartier sunglasses which arrived within two days of ordering They are fabulous I then ordered Tom Ford frames which also arrived promptly Unfortunately the colour was not as shown online so I returned these The return process was easy and my money was refunded within one day of Pretavoir receiving the return Excellent service quality and price of everything

I ordered a pair of Ray ban sunglasses as a present for Christmas and I received them very quickly my Mrs was delighted with the Ray Ban sunglasses but there wasn t a cleaning cloth for the lenses I emailed Pretavoir and without hesitation they sent me a Ray Ban lense cleaning cloth I would highly recommend Pretavoir to my friends and family great competitive prices prompt delivery and effortless process throughout Thanks

SO SATISFIED OVER EVERYTHING They are super nice the support and you can get your answers quick and easy The sunglasses was perfect changed to a bigger size and they made sure the previous refound was performed in a right way also good communication throughout the hole process
