5 Service dealing with an issue

I have nothing but praise for Rentalcars I have hired a car twice through them The first a Budget Rent a Car booking which went very smoothly Great price and 3rd party insurance bought for a fraction of Budget s own The second was through them with Green Motion Upon picking up the car I was informed that I needed a Credit Card with 1200 on it which I did not have The GM Rep s attitude was Tough luck you should have read the T C s Was I glad I booked through Rentalcars I got through straight away on the phone and the customer service rep was so kind and helpful He stayed on the phone for 40 minutes finding me an alternate rental car provider and transferred the money that I had paid across 5 Experience Thankyou

Amazing customer support They go out of their way to help you and have a good experience with them There are some good people behind this company I was on holiday in Spain and had booked a car through them What happened was that I wanted to change the main driver at the very last minute because of some issues with the credit card They went ahead and cancelled my first rental car if we agreed to book another car through them which I think is totally fair It s also easy to come in contact with them and they are so respectful and nice on the phone I am beyond pleased Thank you so much - will definitely be booking with you guys again Best regards Fatemeh from Denmark
