Samsonite are well known top quality but their after care particularly the Oxford st branch is top not h Mr Pasquale is the rare find these days of someone who who goes the extra mile with his repairs

Samsonite Repair Service at its best

A fantastic service provided in the Samsonite Repair Dept in Oxford St Spoke with MV on phone who very diligently figured out the requisite replacement wheels and ordered the same from their European spares hub Having collected and fitted the replacements today the cases are once again rolling and spinning as new Pays to buy quality product and have great customer service Many thanks MV

Exceptional Customer Service

The manner in which the two Gentlemen at Samsonite - 259 Oxford Street dealt with us was truly remarkable Kaps who received us and then Pasquale who then repaired our Suitcase and Carry-ons left us completely satisfied They went beyond the Customer Service that is normally expected and left us all four persons with more than a smile on our faces Any organisation would be proud of such staff and I sincerely hope that Samsonite are aware of these gems in their collection and luckily under one roof May God bless them

Excellent service

Excellent service Zip lock broken by an airline at Heathrow T5 Samsonite fixed and replaced under warranty in a few minutes as I waited Smart convenient 285 Oxford Street location and awesome service on WhatsApp and at the repair I d give more than 5 stars if that was possible And for once a warranty worth something

I was looking to replace my 11yr old cabin bag the Oxford St store when I directed to the repair studio The team MV and Santiago were fantastic they replaced the wheels whilst I waited

Absolutely superb service at the repair

Absolutely superb service at the repair studio in Oxford St Left the suitcase on Sunday evening and by Monday lunch time had a message to say it was ready 2 wheels and 2 hinges replaced zipper now working - fantastic price I think it was Pascuale Italian guy - lovely and super efficient Thank you Samsonite from a very happy customer

Samsonite not only offer great luggage

Samsonite not only offer great luggage and bags they also have a great backup service for repair and customer care to which is simply excellent I have recently had a issue with a expensive case and the repair centre took care of the repair immediately and ordered a spare part for me at the same time and posted it out to me A faultless service from Samsonite Thank you Geoff

If I could give 6 stars I would I visited the Repair Studio in London Oxford St and their technician Pasquale performed the repair there and then In 10 mins I was out with a fixed suitcase Pasquale is an amazing artisan who solved my issue with a smile on his face despite being by himself with a long list of customers at the end of his shift I hope Samsonite pays him accordingly Thank you so much I will buy again from this brand
