I had an amazing experience at the Samsonite store near Oxford Circus The staff provided excellent customer service and one gentleman fixed my luggage on the spot Quick professional and super helpful I highly recommend this place for any luggage repairs

From the moment I arrived at the Samsonite Store in Oxford Street I was treated in a friendly and welcoming fashion including the young lady who carried my suitcase up the stairs to the Repair Department In the Department MV and Pasquale were great and the repair to my suitcase was done immediately at a truly reasonable cost The whole experience was appreciated Ten out of ten for sure John

Zipper pull tag repair

One of the zipper pull tags that slot into my American Tourister suitcase locking mechanism fractured on the outbound journey the first time I used it I took it into your store on Oxford Street where the tags were replaced I was impressed how organised and efficient the set up was and the friendly and professional service I received I highly recommend it I m on the road again

Went onto the Oxford Street for repair

Went onto the Oxford Street London store to have the hinges on our case repaired even though it was 7 years old No trouble at all small 5 per hinge charge and quickly carried out whilst we waited Excellent staff

Efficient cost effective service focus

I talked to them on WhatsApp app to order the worn-out wheels on my case saving a journey to the store When they arrived about 10 days later and getting them fitted in 10 mins saving 100s on a new case Absolutely delighted Polite too
