For me my early experiences could be considered a double edge sword Communication was non-existent in the beginning once this was resolved and open dialog introduced I found my dealing with Smart energy quite good I was kept informed and worked with staff to ensure that install date was suitable to both parties Staff and Contractors where extremely helpful timely and polite at all times

Feed back re installation

To start with the service was terrific Every couple of days we would get a message updating when our panels were to be installed However with wet weather they had to be delayed three times and I had to contact Smart Energy to find out what was happening It had been rescheduled 3 times without us being notified and then the actual installer contacted me at 10pm the night before to say they would be here at 7am the next day I felt let down by Smart Energy not keeping in touch with us I didn t feel it was my job to contact you all the time

The company gave us great responds only things the battery no last long to use over night the battery does not save enough power for over night

the process from start to post installation was great havent been able to use the system yet waiting on origin energy to do there bit but smart energy were great

Lexie was great explained how it all works and possible savings The installers Willo Electrical were great left everything clean and explained how to read system

I was very happy with the way Michael presented why I should have solar panels I understood what was involved The price was less than I thought it would be but he sold it to me in a very professional way I was not at home when the panels were installed but had a couple of mobile calls from person installing them They left my yard etc in a neat and tidy way

The team work

The team worked very well together and at all stages I was kept up to date as to where my installation was at All members were very friendly and helpful From the sales representative on the 28 Sept to the installation team on the 19th October
