2 weeks to reply to an email and a customer survey that doesn t work
2 weeks to reply to an email then they send you some BS to go somewhere else then they send you a link to a customer survey - the link doesn t even work sums it up a disaster as everyone else says - but they really don t care If you can be bothered to queue up the shops are quite helpful - if you speak French

this app is one of the worst i ever used it s totally UNlogical in its way of use the ease of use is totally complicated many functions doesn t work at all 1 ex under favorites book your TGV is NOT REACTING but that s only one there are really many others but my job is NOT to test your app i m the customer

Extremely poor customer service and mid-sold products
We love travelling by train to St Rapha l from London St Pancras So yesterday I went onto the SNCF website to buy tickets and found tickets the price came in at just under 750 I saw that your 60 discount cards gave a discount of up to 89 per person and so I went out of the sale to purchase 2 x 60 discount cards for myself and my husband at a cost of 49 each Then went back in to order the train tickets this was all done within 10 minutes maximum imagine then my horror to find that the journey I had been looking at was not offered and instead a journey of well over 1100 including the discount was offered instead That price made the trip unviable so I tried to cancel my cards online by the way the payment had not yet gone through and is still showing as pending in my bank account There is nowhere on your website that I could find to contact you about this I then contacted my bank but because I paid with a debit card they can not help me and told me that under the cancellation period I must contact you to get a refund directly from you I did see on your website that I can get a refund less 10 handling fee if I present myself at an SNCF office before the starting date of our discount cards The date of commencement for both cards is 16th October 2023 so plenty of time to do that however unfortunately there is no longer an SNCF office in London so after further research the advice was to contact you via Facebook Yesterday I contacted you but have had no communication from SNCF in return I purchased the discount cards in good faith that I would receive a discount it appears that the discount cards can only be applied to the most expensive fares and so therefore travelling by train is no longer an option for us No where is it made clear on the website that the discount cards can only be used on the most expensive trains Also there is no facility on your website to contact you I spent a huge amount of time on this yesterday and feel that your discount cards were mis-sold I feel very angry and extremely badly treated

I bought a train ticket in Italy through this app But after I bought a non refundable ticket they told me that I have to go in France to get my ticket printed And refused to refund me I had to buy a ticket again and pay a fine Never buy anything on this app

Be careful when changing TGV booking with bicycle reservation
I booked my trip from Strasbourg to Cherbourg via sncf-connect com with a bicycle reservation I decided to change the booking to an earlier train which was easy However without any warning the booking system took out my bicycle reservation for the TGV going from Strasbourg to Paris When I came to Strasbourg to board the TGV on the 27th of January in the morning the TGV staff members told me that this TGV does not accept bicycles - and then I realized that the bicycle was not on my reservation anymore I asked if I could still take it as an exemption because of the faulty booking system I told the staff members that I would be willing to stand the 2 hours on the train but I was not allowed in Unfortunately the few TGVs that allow bicycles were all booked out at this stage So I ended up taking only regional trains through the whole of France and staying two nights in hotels until my next ferry from Cherbourg to Rosslare went This will put many people off using climate friendly means of transport

SNCF CONNECT est un sous traitant de SNCF il ne fonctionne pas correctement J ai rencontr une anomalie pendant l annulation de mes billets sur l application de SNCF CONNECT Depuis fin novembre 2022 je r clame le remboursement sans r sultat Finalement apr s 7 mois suite de plusieurs appels t l phoniques et plusieurs r clamations par emails j ai re u le remboursement que pour mon billet d aller ce jour je n ai toujours pas re u le remboursement de mon billet retour Je n ach te plus mes billets de train partir d application sncf Connect je les ach te chaque semaine la gare -----------SNCF CONNECT is a subcontractor of SNCF it does not work properly I encountered an anomaly during the cancellation as soon as my tickets on the SNCF CONNECT application Since the end of November 2022 I claim the refund without result Finally after 7 months following several phone calls and several email complaints I received the refund only for my ticket to go To date I have still not received a refund for my return ticket I no longer buy my train tickets from the sncf Connect app I buy them every week at the station

Broken website unusable and no support either
Broken website keeps displaying Sorry an error has occurred Please try again later Then it goes back to the main page They have a chat on the page just a robot with an option to request to talk to an agent which then asks to use whatsapp or messenger Why would you go through the trouble of setting up chat on your site if it is for the robot only and then you ask your customer to create whatsapp account for real I purchased the tickets same tickets from another website This adds costs but I do not see any other way This site is completely useless
