We were contacted by Severn Trent prior to traveling abroad that there was an issue with a water pipe Luke attended promptly and informed us of what work had to be done Unfortunately whilst away there was an issue with barely any water at home and our daughter was struggling to run the taps I messaged Luke and he has gone above and beyond to rectify the issue and help our daughter and we are able to now relax and enjoy the remainder of our holiday knowing everything is fine A huge thank you to Luke for being there for us
