Telus sales Duong Young and his excellent customer service
It s our first time dealing with Telus after getting information from the Telus sales person we were convinced to change to Telus for the excellent customer service given by Duong Young he works at west Edmonton mall Telus store We have never had such an excellent customer service he is very patience knowledgeable and at the same time advised what was better His excellent customer service and trying to go above and beyond it s what sold to cancel our service with the other provider to Telus

Once again Telus has exceeded my
Once again Telus has exceeded my expectations with regards to their quality of service Through no fault of the company I have had a few issues with getting my new home services installed at my new place The prior residents had not disconnected their services and dealing with a situation during my separation and moving names on the accounts was a bit of a maze for client care and instore agents to work around but wow were they diligent Can t express my appreciation towards both Vanessa at the Kingsway Mall Store in Edmonton AB and Joe from the Telus Customer Care Center Really quality customer service I have also appreciated that when dealing with getting my cell services straightened up after sharing account with my husband and having issues there resolved what an amazing and attentive service I received when engaging with Catherine at telus mobility I have been a long time customer of telus and have found that when you treat their employees with the respect and kindness they deserve the quality of services and the promptness in resolution is just awesome While I appreciate much of what the company of Telus does in helping communities to stay connected it is their agents and employees and well as their services that keeps me a loyal customer So many thanks in helping me feel more secure in my new home and for all the help in choosing a plan that was affordable Vanessa Joe Catherine and Telus Sincerely from a Home WiFi Home Security TV Home Phone and Mobility Client

Telus is terrible to deal with
I have to give Curtis a 5 star rating from the Corporate Store at West Edmonton Mall on the second level near The Bay He solved all my problems after trying to order my iPhone by having to do over the phone They sent the first one to the wrong address they sent the second to another address each time I corrected the address with the Telus Agent I had phone them again to tell them they still had my address wrong the third time I had to phone the for my postal code was wrong I had spent a total nine hours on the phone to correct my address on the phone plus I found they change my plan to a iPhone 15 pro for I ordered iPhone 15 plus So I phoned them the 4 time and after two hours I found that I had to go to the Corporate Store because there was nothing I could do I just had leg surgery so I thought I try to go this way I don t recommend for after a total of 9 hours talking to them I just made my to Telus Store at west Edmonton Mall The Telus Store was awesome Plus Curtis was so helpful and switch out the phones with no problem The staff there seems to be great But trying too order a phone over the phone with Telus I don t want to give them even one star They apparently can not fix your address over the phone there inconsistent in what information they provide I can see way Telus has a 1 5 Star rating With the type of rating you think Telus would be working on the Corporation Image to its customers

First My 1 star if for the 2-3 Rep that I talk my 5 star il givin for the pilipino Rep from Philippines Here is the story I was moving end of this month in condo I got a house for sale and my house I have home security internet and home phone bundle for 113 it was great to my two story house it was fast and reliable but when I m going to move this month all I need is internet because we re always out of city only my daugther uses her phone Only I want and request is to lower my bill But 3 of them turn me down even I m only asked to lower my bill aftermath I feel frustrating I feel bad i I m thingking to cancel my contract I asked them how much my balance of ever I cancel my contract coz for me doesn t make sense I ll pay for 113 just for enternet and Rep again that I talk was very camly knowledgeable and he explain everything and promise to lower my bill because he doesn t want to loss there costumer I admire him I asked him his from Philippines kudos to him bring a lot of pilipino Rep it can help to you company huge big I telling you because the rest that i can talk none of them taking me to keep in your company so sad for the company they don t even try
