Irene did an excellent job helping me through the process of buying the Italian tile for our new home I was a little skeptical at first but her attentiveness and prompt response made me a lot more comfortable with your process

Good experience lovely tiles

The service is excellent and the tiles are gorgeous The only thing that kept me from a full 5 stars is that it did take a while for the shipment and the shipping cost for my small order was considerable Very nice to have tile samples quickly sent so I could decide which to buy Communication about my purchase super quick and friendly

Mixed experience

The tiles we ordered are even more beautiful than expected this was great We aren t nevertheless very pleased with our experience for the following reasons 1 We had ordered 2 packages of tiles so a total of 60 pieces Of which 6 arrived broken and 6 chipped Luckily we could still use 11 of them as we needed to do quite a lot of cuts 2 The parcel was due to arrive between the 5th and 9th of February it finally arrived on the 13th of February - but this wasn t too much of a problem Please pack the tiles better and safer This said Arthur came back to us and offered a refund for the late delivery

Direct import made easy Bought some Italian tiles that were shipped directly from Italy The experience is very straightforward and better than expected due to the freight forwarder being excellent You do have to pay VAT and an admin charge but we are still delighted with the full landed cost of the tiles we bought Second time using Tile Expert and the first time since Brexit Highly recommended

Our order was smooth just a small order of 3 boxes for reference Tiles were in stock as shown on the website and the delivery dates was confirmed within 24 hours We got our product 2 days earlier than the expected delivery No experience with the customer service as we didn t need any help We were skeptical before due to that it s onlined based but the company seems legit based on the result
