Very disappointed

Very disappointed with this company Unsure as to why everyone has rated high Ordered my tiles which were priced reasonably however shipment was over 300 00 dollars They were delivered with missing tiles and also broken tiles Requested replacement tiles that were missing and broken Never received replacement tiles like stated in email that I would It s now been 3 months with no tiles I had to order through WayFair which I should have done in the first place I would not use this company

DON T DO IT BUY ELSEWHERE

Awful experience tiles were delayed 3 weeks no explanation just constant excuses extremely stressful to dewal with we are hugely out of pocket given 5 different delivery dates kept being let down Cost us a fortune in the long run buy elsewhere Refunded a miniscule amount for alot of heartache would give minus stars if I could

FedEx charge

I have received a bill from FedEx to pay import duty This is on top of the cost of the tiles I purchased and the delivery charge which was as much as the cost of the tiles There was no mention of charges for import duty on your website when I purchased them So no I am not pleased with my purchase

Never buy there

Worst service and after service ever Among a lot of negatives item returns are only accepted if you return the whole order i e you can not return just one item Never again

Don t even bother

Even though Anastasia did her best and was responsive and helpful there are limits to how much customer support can mitigate an otherwise awful shopping experience I made my order on 24 February including the 10 overhead The tiles were delivered on 19 April as promised When the time arrived to lay the tiles my builders opened the boxes to find out more than half of one type were broken and some of the other were broken which resulted in a delay We waited for 3 weeks for replacement tiles to be delivered And they did 75 of the tiles are broken I regret my decision to embark on this project while I am facing additional costs and setbacks

Misleading Pricing - BEWARE

Bought tiles advertiser at 620 Paid into UK account At check out 182 for delivery Then received an invoice for 175 from FedEx for VAT When queried shown tinsy tiny print at bottom of last page of order saying VAT not included Then told by Anastasia that Maltese company with warehouses in Italy Do not buy - designed to deceive on price and they will say you have no UK legal rights

I change from 4 stars to 1 star because this customerservice Laura is just tra it feels like she doesn t want to work I spent over 70 000 Euro and she is not helpful at all Never responses directly to my questions just telling me to watch at the website thanks for that I was about to order about that same amount but that service made me change my mind It s the 3rd time she is beeing unfriendly

Only buy from them if you have a stack of whiskey and xanex to get you through

Beautiful tiles at excellent prices Communication is polite enough if exasperating But good lord the amount of being f ed around with them was something else After a whole complicated ordering process which delayed things that I won t go into I was finally told at the end of the delivery window I d been given they d been delayed for another week Tilers were due to arrive so I asked what was delaying it and then asked to cancel those tiles so the rest would ship Okay done We replaced those tiles locally Not only did this not speed up the shipping they sent the tiles we d cancelled anyway without asking or checking because we thought it would be more efficient Also due to some terrible packing some arrived broken that apparently wasn t refundable and others looked a totally different colour to online So now we had extra tiles we didn t want They said they d collect them After a few weeks of now collection I checked if they still wanted them Another internal miscommunication apparently And can I pack them and then send a photo and then unpack them and store them again and wait for them to maybe some day get them I might point out tiles are very heavy and I have a back injury so all this hauling around for someone else s screw up isn t really something I m keen on House renovations are exasperating at the best of time If you order from tile expert allow multiple months for delivery stock up on whiskey to drink after they ve emailed you and prepare to do a lot of banging your head into a brick wall because that s what talking to them feels like

Bad commercial service

One of the tile collection wasn t the same color no way to put it on my work the price is very very expensive for the shipment and there was 2 weeks more to wait the delivery Order on 09 june 2020 delivery on 20 august 2020 Tile are manufactured in Italy 2 hours to go to the border for me Just an excuse sentence no gift no reduction i m not happy about commercial service 2 stars for the tile collection who is well done
