Problem with the delivery I paied for a full delivering till home but for logistics issues couldn t possible A TIR is not the ideal solution in the center of Porto For 10 boxes of tiles a little truck should be a better solution

Despite a very nice and accurate follow up following my order I am very dissapointed that I was not informed that I had to calculate approx 10 extra on top on the floor surface Result not enough floor which has to come from Italy with a delivery time of 3 weeks A very unpleasant and fraustrating surprise Please use a calculator on your website indicating the correct amount of floor needed related to the total surface

The color of the tiles differed a lot from the reference-photos In the photos the color was really bright and high of contrast and the base color looked almost white But in reality they were grey and the colors were really unbright and lame The orange wasn t orange and the green wasn t green they were just grey with a little bit of orange green tone Wouldn t recommend if you wish to have bright tiles as in the pictures The two stars are for the delivery time which was fast

You re paying more than 200 euros for delivery but they don t help you carrying the tiles inside Each box weighed 23 kilos Luckily there were only 18 boxes What if it were 30 or even more Apart from that the delivery was quick and the tiles are beautiful

Edit under my review I ordered several tiles and it was my first order Maria from customer care was very responsive and competent and helped me deciding which direction to go The order went through easily and I received the tiles within the established timeframe But here started the problems beside the fact that the 780kg pallet was left abandoned several hundred meters from my house and under the rain one of the tiles I received is COMPLETELY different from the pictures on the website And when I say completely I mean that on the website the tiles are a dirty creamy white but what I received are white and red terracotta tiles They are so so sooooo red I immediately contacted customer care I asked to organise the retrieving of the tiles and a full refund for them and the shipping expenses They kept asking me for pictures claiming they didn t see any red They claimed they could see yellow and beige but no red I literally made a collage of the picture they use on the website and the pictures of the tiles I received to show the difference They kept claiming they couldn t see any difference I am not sure in which world white and red are the same colour Then I was told ok they would refund the tiles but not the shipping expenses Then I was told to wait and wait some more and wait again Then the price for the shipping was anywhere from 50 euro to 150 euro but I had to wait to receive further instructions I am now waiting for a call from a manager Will I ever receive it -----Edit I waited for the call from the manager but no one contacted me From the first day I contacted customer care up to this point 5 days have passed weekend included So I wrote again in the chat asking what was going on All of a sudden I was told they were going to refund me as I asked originally and they would let me know about shipping back the tiles later on No call no email no communication about this The day after they tell me that after all they are not going to pick up the tiles As of now I can t see the money they refunded on my bank account but they sent me proof of payment so I guess it s just a matter of waiting I am not saying I wouldn t order from them at all but to be honest it was excruciating to see my issue solved They kept telling me to wait that they had to verify decide discuss Which ok I can accept What I really didn t appreciate AT ALL was how many times I was told they couldn t see the difference between their picture of the tiles and mine and how many excuses they threw at me I really felt lied to my face to be honest I just think they could have handled this much better and much quicker

Nice and good looking tiles Quick response to questions No complaints on all that The delivery however was planned on a Monday but in the tracker the status hadn t changed so we hadn t expected the delivery on Monday However the delivery company did show up on Monday but we weren t at home so he had to come back It probably has something to do with the delivery company but I wanted to report this anyway

Arrived all good on time no issues 3 stars is for cost of delivery Wanted to order over 2000 worth of tiles and the delivery price was over 2000 aswell Inquired about arranging my own collection which would have cost me about 700 to arrange they refused and said only on orders over 10k would allow collection Price gouging delivery to make the tiles seem cheep

In contrast to our previous order we were now disappointed with the entire process Ordered tiles were not in stock and the ordered tiles were no longer available in the same color scheme In addition delivery was postponed several times The order was then reported as delivered and the tiles had not yet been delivered The positive thing is that we were helped nicely by Alena

This was our first experience with Tile Expert and we were very skeptical to start with The unexpected high delivery costs and uncertainty about the actual arrival dates made us feel a bit uneasy But in the end everything was delivered in perfect condition and almost exactly on the day promised The logistical partners of Tile Expert were all very engaged and went out of their way to ensure we got our tiles in time Unfortunately our tile contractor did a horrible job and we ll need to re-order Glad to know I can trust Tile Expert for this next shipment

We choose tiles that were difficult to source locally and found the site very user friendly We had constant updates from order shipping to delivery We are delighted with the tiles quality texture and colour We would recommend this site to anybody
