The tiles I needed to finish a job were no longer available in Britain I sourced them from the manufacturer in Italy through Tile Expert Throughout the process Tile expert kept me up to date with delays in the manufacturing process offering me a full refund if I was not happy to wait I received my tiles in perfect condition and am very happy to recommend Tile Expert

Great prices good communication and tile arrived exactly as specified on the date promised So far it looks like not a single tile was broken It s a bit of a leap of faith ordering from overseas but I d definitely recommend these guys

I searched for this specific tile for absolutely weeks and even looked into private shipping from Australia I was super skeptical about tile expert as I hadn t heard of them before but 10 stars My shipment arrived early Tile price was very good Shipping costs are obviously high but that s essential with tile I got a phone call before to arrange delivery and added to my shipment after purchase and they were so accommodating I m so so so happy I placed this order Tile dreams complete
