I called the helpline to find out about billing and the person was above and beyond helpful She made sure that we had the right level of membership and were able to access it in a better way Without going in to details I wasn t even very clear when I first called but she managed to sort everything out was diligent about security which is expected but still notable and helped me identify the options available She was informed about twinkl and home ed and I had to stop several times to tend to my family but she didn t miss a beat Thank you for taking another load off my plate
