Near impossible to cancel recurring payments

Twinkle hide account details any records of new account to prevent or make near impossible any cancellation of recurring payments being possible - they entice you in on a free month or minimal payment then hide the records so you are unable to cancel - only to get stung for 9 99 a month later - DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY I had to raise complaints with my card company to try and get unwanted payments back This company may have some good resources for teaching like many of those who commercialise the teaching resources are always the least trustworthy There are plenty of other places to find resources without being fleeced or pick-pocketed

Worst company

This is my second review This is the worst company I can not get in touch to cancel 100 pound they have taken without me agreeing to it I keep getting automatic responses so you won t get to speak to another human being

Taken my money

Same situation as others Twinkl have also taken 107 88 from my account after a free trial I never agreed to sign up for annual subscription I have contacted them a few times via their chatbot no reply yet This is causing me a lot of stress Will have to raise a dispute with the bank Everyone should be very wary of this company

Charged for Ultimate Package without consent

Same as those mentioned below Have paid 99p for a free trial nowhere does it mention that I will be signed up for the Ultimate Account and I only find out when 101 came out of my account a few days ago I have called emailed and spoken to the Bot with no success whatsoever I am now having to post on Trustpilot in the hope that this forces them to contact me I am a single parent and simply cannot afford the amount that I feel has been fraudulently charged to me Twinkl I suggest you get your act together and stop signing people up to your pricey packages without thier consent I look forward to hearing from you and receiving a full refund

They ve just taken 107 88 without my consent

They ve just taken 107 88 out of my account for an annual subscription following a free trial without my permission Nobody answers the phone and emails will be responded to within 72 hours Absolutely disgraceful I ve tried cancelling the free membership several times but the site doesn t allow me too Today the links sent for me to cancel my membership states that they re having technical issues As a single parent raising a SEN child alone this has spoiled my week and blown my already tight budget out Have reported it to my bank as fraud and will be deleting my account with them Thoroughly disgusted

Tricked into paying 80 bucks for a

Tricked into paying 80 bucks for a subscription I didn t want and now cannot find ANY information on how to cancel Besides the quality of the downloads is questionable Very disappointed

Do not subscribe to this do not take the trial

107 88 withdrawn from my account with no notification about membership renewal and no option to cancel the membership from the account 24 7 365 days No one answers the phone They always experience a high number of calls even at 10 or 11pm I wonder how other customers have managed to have a wonderful experience with the customer service By the look of it most people who had a wonderful experience with the customer care team seem to be at their first review on Trustpilot Do not subscribe to this company as there is no option to unsubscribe or not a visible one They will keep your bank account details in their system and they will take the money from your account without notifying you and without your consent They cannot be contacted Surely if they were so successful as an educational company they would not act this way In terms of resources there are many other websites where resources are much better quality and they free

Used the free trial then immediately subscription Received confirmation However my card was charged and difficult to have contact with customer service which is not a robot

Do not get the free trial it is a scam

Tricked to get a free trial for them to take a 100 worth immediately Used the free trial then immediately subscription Very difficult to cancel or talk to someone that is is not a robot Horrible customer service

They spam you constantly

They spam you constantly and their customer support is all automated emails No real person actually looks at your requests I have had a problem with one of their customers signing up regularly with my email address Five times since february i have had to unsubscribe and have the account deleted Every time i get the exact same responses back They have obviously set up automation to act according to the words in the email so theres no way for me to have the actual problem fixed All they have to do is best practices in caring about spam laws and make sure the email is owned by the person signing up Its a great site if you want to annoy someone with spam Secondly if they like having a rubbish website they could contact their customer to get the correct email Thirdly they could blacklist my email so their stupid customer cant keep typing it in But no they dont have humans looking at the customer support emails So i would recommend you find another company based on my experience your support options will be nonexistent
