Excellent Custoner Care

I used Twinkl as a trial offer as I wanted to find resources for our church Christingle school visit these II found very useful I had intended to cancel the trial offer within the time limit but missed it by a couple of days and a direct debit payment was taken After contacting Twinkl Customer Care and explaining I had not used the resources since and was unlikely to use them again as I m not in education they agreed to refund my payment Excellent customer care Thank you

Twinkl is an amazing platform with great resources available The best part is their support They helped very promptly with my issue It has really increased my trust

Excellent Able to speak to someone which is exactly what I needed much more personal You can never explain yourself through a webchat Open on a Sunday can never speak to someone usually as normally open office hours ie when I m in class Resolved my problem with understanding and care then exceeded expectations by allowing me to have month s free upgrade Not just faultless but went beyond expectations Thank you so much

A Very Happy Customer

Having taught for many years I will admit I am a devout Twinkle user To the point this when I see our subscription is due to run out I begin nagging our Senior Leadership Team to re-new the subscription The resources are bright and colourful making them very child friendly The range of resources required to teach The National Curriculum subjects is superb If Twinkle don t have exactly what I need I simply send in a request and Twinkle usually respond with exactly what I require within a couple of days saving me hours of computer time creating it myself If my school didn t provide a Twinkle membership I would pay for it myself and in the past I have I am eternally grateful

Brilliant customer service

Brilliant customer service I made a silly mistake recently resulting in payment being taken and I could not rectify this in my own Twinkl s team member Heather was able to identify the issue and sort it out quickly and offered a refund which I wasn t expecting

The site is difficult to use and customer service is basically nonexistent I can t even cancel my subscription because they make it impossible to speak to someone Update Customer service reached out and solved the problem They were very professional and I appreciate the effort I don t have a need for this site right now but because of their helpfulness I will return if my needs change

Twinkl is an excellent

Twinkl is an excellent resource It provides support to teachers TAs and all school staff Covering EYFS to KS5 it helps at all levels Wonderful helpful supportive team who will answer questions and offer solutions quickly Different levels of membership makes it affordable and flexible Lifesaver on many occasions Allowed me to be in bed at midnight rather than 3am

I highly recommend Twinkl

Honestly Twinkl is so dear to me They make academic excellence which can take a lifetime to navigate through as one of the easiest things to achieve The resources are incredibly wonderful The staffs are great people They are helpful kind and respectful They don t discriminate between young and old or based on racial identity I cannot recommend TWINKL highly enough
