Great watch we ll presented and priced

Great watch we ll presented and priced and Hani was helpful at every stage Two things consistently let this company down though 1 Purchasing dept is way too slow in ascertaining px values and2 DHL are rubbish and won t specify an hourly window like dpd so you are left waiting around all day for deliveries Steven Kennedy

Would recommend to someone

Service was excellent and helpful thought out Update on the status of item was frequent Would one hundred percent trust again to have work completed Reason for 3 stars that trade in prices weren t expected to be SO low Even after having the item serviced including box and papers Good experience and would recommend to someone

The watch as described but be warned

The watch as described and in immaculate condition However one to be cautious about when Watchfinder use a stock image when the watch isn t available or not ready to purchase You d think the stock image would be at minimum expectation the same colour scheme as the actual watch for sale In my case not the same colour scheme In the description it did not state the correct colour of watch This is in my opinion a lack of attention to detail and obviously in this case standards had slackened

buying the watch was easy

buying the watch was very easy but when i was informed that the delivery address was incorrect my heart sank As this was my first experience with Watchfinder i was worried but i called customer services they said they would sort it they did but i wasnt made aware it was all being ok till i heard from the courier

Review

The general experience was good however an email confirmed someone would contact me to discuss and arrange delivery This never happened I got an email just saying the watch is on it s way without confirming my delivery address I wanted to change my delivery address from my billing address as the watch was a present and I didn t want my partner to receive the parcel

The model type was not correct however

The model type was not correct however this was positive in my favour and the paperwork was corrected Still need to resolve a small issue with the bracelet However there are real people on the phone and they did assist the purchase

Watchfinder do the bare minimum

The company did exactly what is required They supplied a watch The quality control is lacking and so is the description One of the links of my Breitling navitimer were installed the wrong way round most likely the original owner This should have been identified in quality control as it s not exactly hard to spot as there is a long side and a short side Also the description lacked any mention that the watch would not come with spare links most likely the previous owner again This should have been mentioned

The watch is as described but the delivery was less so Ordered on the 13th December with a guaranteed Christmas delivery their words not mine Unfortunately Watchfinder did not despatch until the 22nd December DHL could not turn it around in less than a day and so delivery of a Christmas present was not achieved until the 27th December Watchfinder have blamed the original supplier and DHL but they were the ones providing a guaranteed Christmas delivery Disappointed with the response from Watchfinder

You are highly efficient but you always quote a price then find a reason to reduce it in the final offer Your staff deserve five stars your price chipping spoils your service

What does it come with

Exchanged my watch for another purchase with Watchfinder Great despatch and delivery to collect my watch and send out pre owned Mine went back with registration card booklets links and tag Disappointed that purchase came back with only the card in the box This withheld additional information would have helped with my choice rather than just box papers Got a good deal overall I think
