Beware Bad Customer Service

Hi very disappointed- husband retiring so ordered a fab Tag from this company Arrived faulty Customer Service very reluctant to help with the situation Discussed immediate refund and they will not have it Needs to go back to be assessed So await instructions to go back to courier and then the possibility of courier back Very poor considering the amount of money this has cost and their assurance that it had been rigorously tested prior to despatch Item was not secured enough in my opinion

Terrible service waited several months for a time piece and waited for repairs etc After 3 months waiting and constantly asking due an update was eventually told it had been sold Not a reliable person Richard Brockman Avoid at all costs

terrible with logistics didn t deliver on time they were quick to take payment from me on the promise of next day delivery but it never happened have asked them to call me back which they never did its a shame really as the face to face service was good but the after service is shocking now my watch is sitting with DHL and I cant take delivery of it for a few months until im back in the UK

Dreadful service

I had my watch returned to me minus the paperwork I sent it in with After chasing and chasing via email they agreed to send it back to me although they actually sent it to a different customer After lots more emails which they answer at a time that clearly suits them they managed to get my paperwork back from the other customer and finally deliver back to me Quite possibly the worst customer experience I ve ever had from any company

Sadly I know how buissneses work ovoisley company s still get sweetners I want to give trustpilot evidence of my evidence not make peace with watchfinder who are just middlemen I have proof you want I won t deal with middlemen or agents it stinks of bias towards people who reli on you basically you scratch my back al scratch yours and your demand for me to send evidence or we will take your review I did that but email was rejected why And the link took me to watchfinder I don t speak to cads but al send my evidence to yous I have photographic evidence what more do yous want its basically impossible to send messages through your help centre I know am right yous saw the same opportunity has other oxcam educated twits I dident realise trustpilot was such a big buissnes great for us though George Galloway been voted in

I own a Cartier time piece which was not purchased from your company I was told it could be serviced by watchfinder and if needed will be sent to Cartier with my permission this was given and I was subsequently billed and asked to collect the bill was settled any I arranged for my son to collect the watch Upon arrival he noticed the watch face was poorly aligned to the base and the general condition of the watch was unacceptable The customer services rep was apologetic bit could not refund the monies paid the watch was left at the company for further action and escalation I find the entire experience with watchfinder and also Cartier to be unacceptable and unsavory I would like my watch to be returned in working order and in the condition in which it was left

Inept to say the least

Putting aside the fact that a part exchange failed - that s a commercial decision and not part of this comment - on receiving my watch back I have another person s box and papers The original box and papers that I sent are missing Further when I sent the piece to Watchfinder I sent the original box in the company s bubble wrap and bag sealed inside a larger box In contrast I received back a box - not mine - in only plastic cling film and a bag No other protection

Amateur just got home and opened my watch was told no box but was paperwork no paperwork in box fellas I dealt with complete amateurs never again with Watchfinder not even sure watch is a genuine Rolex

The poorest after sales experience you can ever get My watch purchased by watchfinder stopped twice First time the dealt with the matter very slow forgot to to return my watch and after 3 months i contacted the panerai shop directly in order to receive my watch Now for the second time my watch is arnd back for service and already a month and a half they don t even reply to my emails where is my watch and what is the status of my ticket Ridiculous service
