I found Watchfinder to be very efficient and flexible My buying experience was stress free I had a change of mind between ordering the watch and its delivery but this was accommodated My Omega Seamaster watch is something I have always wanted and I achieved this for my eightieth birthday I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others

Laura Greengrow in Service Repairs Admin was very patient with me hesitating on committing to a service of my Omega at the time of my enquiry and was content to let me wait until the New Year and hold the initial quote until then She then promised I would have the watch back in February and beat that too as I had it back earlier than that Well played all Super service and swift and professional action

I sent off an enquiry about a watch I had seen on the Watchfinder website The watch was still being prepared for sale so the picture on the website was only a catalogue image I wanted to see photos of the actual watch and I got a reply the next day from Tom Holland who was extremely helpful I paid a small fully refundable deposit and as soon as the watch was available from the Service Department Tom sent me the actual watch photos I then arranged for the watch to be sent to the Bluewater branch for me to inspect Unfortunately I never got the name of the guy who actually assisted me in the shop but he was also helpful and enthusiastic about the item he was selling This makes a change in this day and age where most shops you go into the Sales Person shiws little or no enthusiasm for the products they are selling The watch looks amazing and Im very happy with the whole process from start to finish Would definitely purchase from Watchfinder again
