Professional Service

Richard at the sales team was great in helping me swap watches been after an Omega for a while and managed to part ex my two Tag Heuer s for a Seamaster which I m over the moon with Would recommend their service and will be using them again in the future

The person I dealt with at Watchfinder was brilliant and had it been for him this would have been a 5 star review Also they confirmed the valuation of my part exchange - they don t play games However at the outset my online request for a valuation and a part exchange was lost somewhere in the system and I had to chase them which added two weeks to the transaction

Beautiful website UX as expected Got to virtually try the watch on Would have been great to hook up some of the wonderful Watchfinder videos to this listing as Watchfinder have produced a few decent videos about the watch I purchased Dispatch took a few days but I believe the hold up was due to security checks As expected the watch arrived in perfect condition with minimal signs of wear

Watch finder offered a fair price for my trade in and the watch they supplied was in excellent condition The only reason this is not a 5 star review is because I had to deal with 5 people over the two week negotiation period didn t give me a personal touch feeling Two many cooks sometimes spoils the broth comes to mind all good though in the end

It was a pretty smooth transaction one small criticism being that I had to contact the Bicester boutique to establish whether the watch had reached them rather than the company contacting me I wanted to view it and collect in person rather than trust couriers with such a valuable item

Overall my experience was good informative and timely email order updates My only complaint is that the online portal treated my order as closed when I had not received my watch Also I provided my wrist measurements as requested but no adjustments were made before shipping What s the point of asking and setting an expectation if you re not going to make the adjustments

Really good service and quick delivery very pleased with my Omega Would of given 5 stars but disappointed with the Omega 250 off promo which stated in the small print only for stock items which was limited for the type I was searching for Otherwise very good and I would highly recommend

Lovely watch

Lovely watch Arrived in perfect condition Only downside is that you don t get a time slot for delivery Had to stay in all day and wait for the watch to arrive DHL said before end of day which isn t really much of a help You spend 10 on Amazon and get a delivery time Spend 10k on a watch and you just have to take the day off work

Buying exchanging an Omega

Visited the Bank branch in the Royal Exchange Fabio was very helpful and knowledgeable No refreshments hence 4 stars Kevin Smith in the sales office also very helpful and sorted out everything very swiftly Great company and would definitely recommend them

Overall I am happy with my purchase

Overall I am happy with my purchase Only reason I didn t give 5 stars was because the watch came without its 2 x spare straps and spare links which should have been in the box however the guys at Watchfinder have rectified the situation by posting out the missing parts so now we are all complete and I am chuffed with my purchase
