Watch met my expectation process was painful for a loyal customer

First let me start by stating that I am perfectly happy with the watch I purchased and experience at Royal exchange store however the process leading up to the sale was very painful I had to make several calls top get help and unfortunately Brandon no fault of his own could provide the necessary information or ask the manager how to deal with me This was disappointing considering that this is my 4th purchase Once I got to Richard things moved rather smoothly and I hope my next purchase will not be like a visit to the dentist

Products good Service poor

I ordered 2 watches on line and followed up with a call to discuss delivery giving a full week advanced notice to ensure delivery on a specific date The WatchFinder Agent confirmed that this would be more than adequate to guarantee delivery as requested The delivery was late by 3 days which was very annoying as one item was for a retirement present Spoke to the Agent on the day of delivery after the courier messaged that delivery would be the following week Provided all details to Agent and then put on hold Finally put through to Briony who confirmed she would investigate and advise Haven t had any update explanation Don t advertise a next day service if you have no intention of completing this even with advance notice Very disappointed - unlikely to use WatchFinder again purely for this level of service

When told we would be overseas and could not take delivery until Monday this week it was very disappointing to find that delivery had been made on Friday last week Fortunately someone was here to receive it purely by chance This was not good on the part of watchfinder

Bit of a mixed experience really

Bit of a mixed experience really the watch I was buying was a Xmas present I ordered at the very start of dec only to find out it was not available before Xmas until a week before Anyway I was offered an alternative which was great but this was only after a laboured time trying to get replies from customer service and also awkward phone calls which I d asked not to be called as it was a surprise I eventually picked up in store and they were very helpful so a mixed experience which ended well The watch was all it should be at a fair price though

Poor service

I do Not have a problem with the sales staff at all - Tom Holland is excellent However I did have a terrible experience with the dispatch team I submitted a complaint and was approached promptly by the team who although very apologetic and explaining that training would take place it didn t really help me at all

Real disappointment

I have nothing but praise for the sales team I have always dealt with Tom Holland who is fantastic both in terms of knowledge and helpfulness However the same cannot be said for the dispatch team and the customer service I received recently was very bad However having made a complaint I have been reassured that this should never happen again

Nice watch

Pleased to have got this one A fantastic santos 100 in exemplary condition as usual from Watchfinder Unfortunately due to their derisory offers on Rolex s I ve purchased from them other traders offered over 10 more I m going to have to look elsewhere in future

Sales team were great but after sales not so much

Sales team were great however the after sales were found to be wanting I spent over 10k on the space of a few days and even after countless emails calls I couldn t get confirmation of when the watches would arrive I ve been abroad so naturally I didn t want the items left by the front door and wanted both watches to turn up together I don t know if they re just super busy but some confirmation would have been ideal instead of stress

Ok but not great would use again but ask more questions

Watch was stunning but strap had been cut so have to buy a new strap which wasn t told about in the advert not end of the world but just a cost on top of watch

Good initial service but poor approach to authenticity issue

Initial purchasing service was good as quick slick as I d hoped for Plus safe discreet shipping packaging Watch itself is also in the excellent condition I expected Left with a bad taste though when I tried to register the watch with the manufacturer and it wasn t clear if the watch was authentic Aside from getting it fully appraised at dealer I m comfortable it is authentic but Watchfinder didn t seem to care when I questioned this They just asked me to speak directly to the manufacturer and offered literally nothing by way of reassurance or additional info about the watch s authenticity Won t purchase again from WF in a hurry and will factor in getting it checked by dealer if I ever do
