Spent 6k this Xmas on two watches

Spent 6k this Xmas on two watches Panerai and Breitling Watches came all packaging chucked in literally watches came from Heathrow the actual watches were covered in thumb and fingerprints on the case as-well as the bracelet Would have given another star Whether you re spending 500 or 6000 the experience should be the same in packaging and purchase Still waiting for the free links offered just like last years purchase Just be careful what you re offered and who you speak to as there doesn t seem to be much communication from HQ to stores Just saying

Poor Customer Service after the sale

Poor Customer Service after the sale Happy to take the payment but when the courier was claiming the watch had been delivered when it hadn t and they had a false signature no one at Watchfinder seemed to care Called 3 times and emailed twice but apparently dispatch department will get back to you as soon as they can still it was only tens of thousands of pounds why be worried

Watch arrived without being adjusted papers missing and the dial covered in fingerprints not even clean very poor first impression Note if you buy a watch from them ask for the spare links otherwise they keep them

Recieved broken watch It looked great but doesn t not work when wound despite the photocopied page saying it s been rigorously tested and inspected clearly not Sales manager wasn t interested in helping other than simply sending it back to be fixed No apologies

DHL let a customer down again

Absolutely disappointed with the way DHL handled the delivery At the end I had to drive to the depot that is an hour away from my house AFTER the item was misdelivered It was a very stressful online shopping experience

Poor delivery experience There is a big disconnect between customer service and their dispatch team which means urgent delivery changes are not acted on quick enough After 3 calls notes on my account even at the point of dispatch I still do not have my parcel I probably won t use them again

Watch sent without box despite being advrrtised

My watch was sent naked though it was advertised to have its original box It s been over a week now and been chasing but feels no one is interested Not the quality of service I expected from watchfinder and I m extremely disappointed

Not impressed at allWas sold a faulty watch Now have to wait months for it to be repaired Update Received my watch back sooner than expected It had undergone inspection and repair by the manufacturer and is now working perfectly Thank you

Zenith Pilot Watch

Watch was as described However the advert did state box papers and on delivery it was found that the box was not complete which is rather disappointing Only the cardboard exterior was present and not the internal box I am now having to source the missing piece Furthermore I was provided with a watch winder which I have just discovered is not even working I ve bought several watches from Watchfinder and this is not the service experienced previously nor expected

Bought and paid for my watch on 13 3 24 did not receive it for 6 days then found deep scratch on face returned it to them same day as up to today 28 3 24 not received it back
