Internet keeps cutting out

BeFibre was quick to get me connected and the first few weeks were fine. Since then the service drops several times a week, usually in the evenings, and restarting the router only helps for a short while. I’ve contacted support four times and each time I’m told to wait, yet the problem keeps returning. I’m now looking for another provider.

A delay that was well handled

There was a short wait after I placed the order. Bedrock explained what was happening and dealt with a missing cable without any fuss. They also changed the graphics card to a stronger one at no extra cost, so the delay ended up being worthwhile.

Trade-in was simpler than expected

Sent off my old iPhone 13 in the prepaid bag and the money hit my account two days later, which was quicker than the estimate they gave me. The refurbished one I ordered turned up in a plain box, no fancy packaging, but the phone itself was spotless and the battery health was 91% as listed.

They opened a claim without asking me

I only found out after checking my HMRC account that a claim had been made for me. I never gave this company permission or sent them the documents they are saying I did. Their phone line rings out and two emails have gone unanswered.
