Sadaf made learning feel easy
Started lessons last month and passed today. Sadaf has this way of explaining roundabouts that just clicks. She never rushed me even when I stalled three times in a row. The booking system could be faster but the teaching makes up for it

Good price for my old van
I had a 2005 van with a blown head gasket and they gave me a fair quote (better than the other sites). The pickup was arranged for Tuesday and the driver showed up on time. Payment hit my account within a couple of hours. Very satisfied overall.

Two cans in my box had burst and the whole package was sticky. I left a message on their form and then sent an email, heard nothing back after three weeks. The beer I could drink was decent, thats about the only good bit.

Friday reward vanished
The app is easy to use and I enjoy the sports bets, but the Friday scratch card has disappeared from my account twice now. I checked the rewards page and there was nothing there about it. Chat just sent the same message telling me to keep checking. Really annoying after years as a customer.

Fastpark made our trip stress-free
Booked Fastpark for a week away and it was straightforward from start to finish. Dropped the car at the covered bay, handed over the keys, and walked to the terminal in under three minutes. On return the car was waiting exactly where they said it would be, no hanging about. Staff at the lodge were polite and didn't rush us. Only niggle was the price crept up compared to last year but still cheaper than the meet-and-greet options.

My arrival window changed once, which was a bit annoying. ADT called me straight away and sorted it, and the engineer who came was friendly and professional. He walked me through the cameras and alarm, and everything works well now.
