Excellent customer service support made my claim very easy to do with no stress the home hub is very easy to upload documents too

I spoke to a Customer Service Agent this afternoon called Steve His knowledge and helpfulness were absolutely outstanding and he quickly resolved my issue Such good service is rare these days I would have no hesitation in recommending Ageas to others

UNEXPECTED PARCEL

I recently needed to renew my car insurance After doing some research Ageas yet again was the cheapest quote which included all my requirements I checked my policy details online and noticed one small change needed I had recently given birth 3 weeks previously and needed to change the number of under 16 year olds from 1 to 2 I had to phone up to alter this information My call was answered quickly and the lady Michelle was informative and congratulated me on my recent arrival She took my payment and wished me well Three days later I received an unexpected parcel in the post a gorgeous cuddley soft toy for my new baby from Ageas What a thoughtful present Totally unexpected and made me realise Ageas looked after their customers Thank you Michelle at Ageas

My renewal was on 27th Feb I was away and thought I d set it for automatic renewal Rang straight away this morning when I landed and they still did it at the original price with no extra costs was far cheaper than other car insurance companies Been with them 3yrs and never had any problems

From the time I reported my vehicle as stolen through to insuring my replacement car everyone was friendly understanding and very professional I would have no hesitation in recommending Ageas particularly for car insurance

Ageas handled my motor accident claim so professionally and efficiently Within 24 hours I had a hire car organised and the claim had come through Excellent service would recommend

Called to discuss renewal and to make some changes and Donna took my call Absolutely amazing customer service pleasure to speak with She made sure that everything I needed was done and when she was waiting for her system to complete aspects her end she was polite and friendly and asked what I had planned for the day to keep the rapport Excellent customer service thank you Donna
