Quite impressed with service received Understandably claim needed to be checked by a verifier He was helpful polite and fair Claim was settled relatively quickly and money paid straight away Don t yet know how it will affect my premiums but so far efficient fair and low stress

I had an accident in my car and it was obviously a write off It was a simple claim- no one else was involved and no personal injury I phoned in the claim as soon as the the accident happened- 11am on a Sunday morning I was offered a settlement value the next day and the payment was made into my bank the following day Tuesday I had a replacement car that same week Excellent service - easy quick and hassle free

Changed my address online which was easy to do and no additional charges were needed Email confirmation with updated details received shortly after Policy is value for money I would recommend

Ageas Car Insurance We were looking to add my daughter to my car insurance as she had just passed her test We spoke to Jan at Ageas who was a professional friendly and knowledgeable individual who took her time to give us a quality service We felt valued unrushed and were given answers to all of our questions The quote that was generated was competitive and the changes to my policy happened in writing in minutes Jan guided us through the process with humour and expertise She is definitely an asset to Ageas and we will certainly be looking to renew our car insurance with them when the time comes

Changed a few things on my policy in minutes very helpful and very competitive price Third year with them as I couldn t find any one cheaper

I used a comparison site but the process when on their site was simple the price was slightly different but not by much and still cheaper than my previous insurer that wanted to double my payments So price was good and process was easy

Very good price for same car insurance cover which had just doubled with previous insurer Completed on line easily and portal easy to navigate but did need to speak to an advisor Spoke to a real person who was knowledgeable and very helpful and sorted out in minutes So far so good
