Had a car accident 7 days ago and made first contact reporting the claim Zero contact since from Ageas and can t speak to anybody who has the slightest clue what s going on Car still sat on driveway

TERRIBLE COMPANY GET YOUR INSURANCE ANYWHERE BUT AGEAS THEY DON T HELP THEY DON T WANT TO HELP THEY ARE SLOW NOT BOTHERED ABOUT YOUR LOSSES THEY EMPLOY SOME VERY UNDERTRAINED AND POOR STAFF AGEAS SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN THEY WILL COST YOU MONEY AND EVEN WITH A NO FAULT ACCIDENT YOU WILL BE LEFT WITH THOUSANDS IN LOSSES OR COSTS THEY JUST DON T CARE

Bad experience with auto renewal on car insurance

I have been with Ageas for a few years now and previously had no problem This year I let the car insurance auto renew and my premiums went up from 200 s to over 500 I trusted them to just renew sadly they saw an opportunity Needless to say I will be leaving them

Poor Communication

Without any correspondence my insurance was cancelled via email when I called in to enquire why I was put on hold to look into the matter and after a long wait was cut off happened to me twice now

Stressful experience Continually cut off

Unable to use online system from taking out insurance despite contacting customer service and IT department Wanted to add my new car I was collecting today Phoned several numbers including various options continually cut off Went back to log in page error reoccurred but yet another phone number but at eventually got to speak to a human being 45 mins later and very stressful When I did speak to the lady she was very helpful and insured my new car

Their client hit my car causing damage

Their client hit my car causing damage and alignment issues with my car making the car unbalanced when driving Their client accepted liability Ageas took a while to deal with the claim and then sent their inspector to view the car Without checking the car throughly and without driving the car he deemed the car road worthy and they now trying to close the claim with an unconfirmed cash settlement but not actually acknowledging the alignment issues with the car and want me to continue to drive my car un-repaired They have taken the courtesy car and want me to drive my own car at risk Appalling service
