Washing machine purchase

I visited the store during the Black Friday Sale period and selected a stand free dishwasher to compare prices against other makes on offer elsewhere Having decided which model I wanted I phoned the Brighton branch of Carters and obviously confused the salesman about which model I wanted to buy as when it was delivered the machine that arrived here was an integrated version of the one I actually wanted To give Carters their due-they agreed to replace this integrated machine with the free standing version at the Black Friday Sale price and the correct machine was delivered a couple of days later by their extremely pleasant delivery guys

Indesit washing machine was ordered on line process was efficient and easy to follow for non-techies like me I admit that I did choose a product which was in stock nevertheless the machine was delivered within 24 hours How about that for speedy service

The staff are friendly and helpful There was a delay in getting the exact washer dryer I required but I was kept informed of the progress at all times The appliance was delivered and installed efficiently at an arranged time and the old machine removed Happy customer I will use them again
