All was fine Prompt courteous service but I had to ask for a delivery date If you had advised the very extended delivery in the first place it would have saved a lot of time and trouble As it was I cancelled the order and payment was refunded

Blomberg Electric Cooker delivered ON TIME installation was POOR with COOKER left 1 inch below Worktop levelThe poor quality of the Plastic wind out feet unstable meant i had to raise cooker up on pieces of wood During this process i noticed that the provided hard wire cable to Wall connection had been left the wall plate done up with only one screw because the plate hadn t been lined up properly

No issues with product or delivery service but shop staff appeared to know very little about the differences between products in store

Quite good service Was kept informed of order progress at regular intervals Only downside was that I had paid extra for installation and ended up using my original hose and installing the machine myself

The sales staff were generally knowlegeable regarding the fridge freezer we were looking to buy That gave us confidence to place an order with them but their after-sales was not great They promised to keep us updated regarding the delivery from Bosch but didn t do so I had to chase them twice in order to get a delivery date and time which was annoying However their delivery guys could not be faulted

I bought a Beko washing machine from Carter s in January 2025 In store they were helpful and polite and its great that you can also ring and get straight through to talk to someone Out of the two men that came to fit the washing machine and take the old one away one was polite and friendly the other seemed to be learning on the job and was grumpy On first use of the washing machine the water didn t drain away properly I rang Carter s and they said someone would come out the next day which they duly did It was a different man grumpy with the already grumpy man learning on the job again The problem was fixed but when I asked for an explanation I was told my waste pipe was too high or too low No apology for the wrong initial installation the men behaved like it was my fault for having an unusual waste pipe and that I had put them out calling them back Expected better service really I wanted to support a local business but in hindsight may have saved myself money and aggro if I d bought from Argos

The guys from Carters were very efficient They followed Covid guidelines securely they were within the times specified Although they had an initial issue with getting our dishwasher in place they solved the problem and cleared up afterwards An excellent company

Great service even with all the delays due to Covid et al they kept me up to date with delivery times

Advice and Sales process was straightforward and delivery was performed efficiently and timely

From my first contact with the shop in Storrington I found the staff to be helpful and efficient It is good to have a local company that still offer a personal service The appliance was delivered promptly the following day I have no hesitation in recommending Carters
